The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Yonge + Eglinton

I went to this location for my Birthday celebration. Although we were early for our reservation this did not create an issue as we were quickly shown to our table. The staff came and checked out jackets to give us space at the table. Lauren was our server and we could not have asked for a more amazing person to serve us for the special evening. The food was outstanding with me taking a lot of the food home with me as my eyes were much bigger than my stomach. The Kitchen manager came out to discuss my allergy and food sensitivity and made suggestions to respect these needs. We were so amazed by the level of professionalism that was given by all the staff from the moment we step in to when we reluctantly felt it was time to leave. I would suggest anyone in the community to make a reservation and celebrate your special functions with this location.

I had a wonderful dining experience at The Keg Restaurant, largely thanks to our server, Chelsey. She was professional, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, enhancing our meal significantly. The food was delicious, and Chelsey's recommendations were excellent. Her dedicated service made our evening memorable. I highly recommend requesting Chelsey for a fantastic experience at The Keg.

My husband and I recently visited The Keg for my birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. the desserts was amazing. The atmosphere was warm. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall excellent experience. We’ll definitely be coming back for another great night out!

I don’t know why you would spend 3x as much for a less perfectly cooked steak. The keg knows how to do it. I have my new order at the Keg…New York Peppercorn. Perfect. Son had filet and lobster. Spouse had a small steak. Daughter the ribs. Everything great. I wouldn’t order the Brussel sprouts again.

I recently visited The Keg with my child and had mixed feelings about the experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that most of the patrons were elderly and quite dressed up, which set a certain expectation for the atmosphere. However, I was hoping for a more impressive dining experience. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to my expectations. While the waitress did warn us that the plate would be hot, the mashed potatoes were surprisingly cold. As for the steak, it didn't justify its price tag; I felt that I could get a similar meal at Pickle Barrel across the street for half the cost. The service was decent, but it seemed like the staff concentrated more on the well-dressed, older guests around us than on our table. Overall, the experience was mediocre, and I left feeling disappointed. I expected more from a restaurant with such a reputation.

I've been to the Keg Mansion and I liked this location in comparison. It's big and modern. There was lots of seating but a reservation is always wise. We had a great server with such detailed attention. Because it was my husband's first time at the keg, he got a free dessert. The food was delicious. The steaks were juicy and great quality. I had the lobster and steak. It was very filling. Everything from the appetizers to the dessert was great quality. The meal was affordable and they made it special as we were celebrating. I'd certainly come back here and I recommend it for people's first time at the Keg.

Affordable steakhouse. Service is so friendly- 10/10. The steak is also great. Your steak does come with some vegetables garnish, so you don’t need to order the the Keg classic if you just want some greens but don’t necessarily want a salad. Millie cake is an ice cream cake - portion is huge- order this if you are thinking of sharing among 2-4 people 🥹🥺 Will definitely come back! Very enjoyable experience!
