They can do better! It took the server a while to come take our drink order. Then food took forever to come out, and it was cold and had to be reheated. The food was not worth the wait or higher prices... Fries weren't good; calamari had other veggies to fill the plate. I liked the atmosphere; it was darker with lights at the tables, but it was super loud as well. The waitress was very understanding and nice, but the host was cold.

So as nice as the dim lights are, uh, I literally can't see the menu in front of me using those soft lights we have at each table. I ordered a medium steak, and I got an overcooked, well-done steak, pretty dry, not what I was expecting. I'm not too pleased with that either. Honestly would suggest cooking your own steaks at home

We went in for Christmas Eve dinner today. Ordered Crab cakes which were delicious but 2 pieces for $19! Whatttt! The steak was good. Blackened chicken was bad! So dry, overcooked and chewy with zero flavour. Highly disappointed! The Keg, known for its good food really needs to work on adding more Chicken or duck main course options! I have had better Chicken dishes at other restaurants. Final bill around $150! Being Christmas Eve we wanted to have a special dinner date with good food but after this experience will never go to keg or suggest it!!

Great steakhouse in Mississauga, tremendous vibe and excellent service ! They explain in detail about the dishes and even the history of the restaurant, wish my steak was a tad warmer , overall great experience

Came here for a Work dinner. Pretty standard for what you’d expect from a steakhouse. Food was not bad and the service was good. I liked the apps a lot more than the main. The bone marrow was surprisingly good.

Amazing food and great customer service from the waiter and manager! My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary. My meal came with mushrooms which weren’t cooked to my liking. They took it back and I guess overcooked it, which caused a delay. While waiting the manager came to our table to ask how our night was going. We explained to him what happened and he took care of the situation right away! He was so nice. He really made the experience that much better. Thank you. We’ll definitely go back

I took my father for Father's Day. We reserved a table which was a booth in the back corner. The table was ready immediately. Our server Matthew was very helpful in making recommendations from the menu. In particular, the mixed green salad with their house Dijon vinaigrette was excellent as was the twice-baked potato and of course the star of the show, their 12 oz New York strip. Their mini crème brûlée was a nice finish to the meal. I am already planning my next visit.

We haven't been to the Keg in probably a decade but decided to visit on a whim on a busy Saturday night. Waited for about 30 minutes for a table. We're not rushed through the meal at all. Great selection of non-alcohol cocktails. Something that more restaurants really need to offer. I had the green tea mule and my partner had a grapefruit based drink. Both excellent. We shared crab cakes. Again, really tasty. Though the mayo side could have used a bit of spice in my opinion. Mains were prime rib for him and I had the special which was sirloin and a half crab. Perfectly cooked and seasoned. Billy Miner Pie for dessert was every bit as good as we remembered. Price is what we expected for 3 courses and drinks. $80/person before tip. Server was attentive but not pushy in trying to turn over the table. Was a great night.
