The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Estate Drive

Delicious steak. We ordered the sirlion steak, mixed green and New Yorn sirlion steak and all were perfect! The service was superb.

Disappointed. This is the table they sat me and my family at. A mix match table for the 4 of us in the corner. We had a reservation too and we noticed there were available booths around. Also the washrooms were not clean or maintained. Every toilet was not flushed and the floor was all wet. Would not recommend this location.

Really enjoyed my experience here! Had a quiet spot. The keg has some of the most consistent steaks! Ordered the prime rib and the double stuffed baked potato! The creme brulee was also delicious!

I’ve been to other Kegs before but this was my first time at this location and don’t think we will be returning. Food was as how you would expect it to be at other locations but I was a little disappointed with the service my friends and I received. Our main server was great but when we went to flag down another server to follow up on our mains after being long done with our appetizers, I believe it was their floor manager who came up to us. Did not appreciate how she walked up to us and talked to us as if we were annoying customers she did not want to entertain. Second, one of our friends had a food allergy and our server mentioned that the manager will directly hand over her dish, but we were confused when it was our server who ended up serving it instead. Why bother mentioning it was going to be the manager in the first place? Third, there were other little things here and there that I’m too lazy to mention but these were some of the ones that ruined our overall dining experience.

Food was ok, nothing surprised me. Christina the manager was unpleasant and giving us some attitude when we asked if the food was ready since we waited for 45 mins. The resto wasn’t even that busy. Melissa (the server) on the other hand was nice and accommodating. Thank you for the lovrly service, Melissa! Food 8/10 Service 10/10 Poor Management 0/10 if there’s lesser than zero I would have given it to the manager who isn’t well trained to entertain guests. Overall I wont be eating here anymore going to be my first and last visit.

We've been to this location a few times in the past and it's really quite a bit darker than some of the other Kegs I've been to. Service is pretty good and the food quality is on par with what you'd expect from a steakhouse. The steaks were cooked to the right temperature and that's what's most important.

We celebrated Father’s Day at Keg today. We loved the bacon wrapped scallops and the crab cakes that we had ordered for starters. The Blackened Chicken and the Pistachio Crusted Oven Roasted Salmon was great but the Brussels Sprouts that came with the salmon was undercooked. Cheesy Noodles in the Kids’ menu was a good portion size. Our server Simone was nice and friendly.
