We were a group of 12 people and on a Saturday night they were able to accommodate our group without any wait. Asraf and his team were super professional and they customized everything for us and our kids (6 kids). Their entire team was super friendly. The ambiance was inviting and the most important of all the food. The food was outstanding and everything we ordered we loved the food, and in today’s day they were very affordable prices. I highly recommend The Kakori and I will definitely plan to come here again. This is 4 minutes away from Cineplex Junxion so movies and dinner is perfect.

I hope that everyone that enjoys traditional, authentic and delicious Indian cuisine gets an opportunity to stop at this location! This is exactly what you will Get here! I travel for work and when it comes to food, this is something I spare no expense and am Always in search of the best. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, with basmati rice and garlic naan…. I can not express how delicious this meal was. I will return time and time again to try more of the menu, and if this staple in Indian cuisine was this good, I can’t wait to continue to the next dish. The service was amazing, the owner was very kind, curious and professional. He took the toe to visit our table multiple times to ensure everything was up to our standards. It felt like I was eating at my family table how kind he was. Like I said I travel far and wide for a quality food like this, and I found a gem! Thank you!

From the moment I walked in I knew we'd have a good experience by how good it smelled! We ordered the Matar paneer and the Bakre ki Behari (mughlai lamb dish) and were blown away by the flavors! Good portions of meat/paneer in both dishes. Everything tasted fresh, especially the naan. Would definitely recommend if you want a more upscale, fresh, authentic Indian experience.

It was our first visit here the food was quite good and we overall enjoyed our meal. When we try a new Indian food place, we get mild as we don’t know the spice levels. There was zero ‘zing’ to taste, but food was flavourful and still enjoyable. Next time we would get a hotter level of spice. We enjoyed the biriyani the most. We found the portions for the curries to be small and lacked protein - a lot of gravy (paneer and chicken). Naan and paratha were also good, but thin. There were definitely some concerns about cleanliness as the bottle of water on the table were sticky to the touch. We then saw a server hold bottles of water by the tops with no cap on. It worried me how often those bottles were being cleaned and sanitized between uses. Bathroom was also not clean enough to restaurant standards. Even though it’s winter, and lots of salt, etc. comes in the floors were dirty, dusty, salty and looked like they needed a full clean with tables moved after hours. Lots of people coming in for take-out while we ate our meal. (Lunch time) But overall, we did enjoy the food - just the restaurant part needs a bit of improvement.

We loved the food here. Daal Makhani was very tasty and Kadai Paneer was tasty too. Their butter naans are delicious and soft. Tha potion size was appropriate. We would come here again and recommend this restaurant to others. I wish they could improve the serveware to create better dine-in experience. And instead of serving it in Ikea bowls, use better serveware.

One of the best vegetarian mugalai foods I’ve had in Mississauga! Decent potion size and affordable. The chef is really nice to come out and ask how are we enjoying the food. He was kind enough to offer complementary desserts but we declined as we wanted to continue relishing the taste of the mains we ordered. The atmosphere is average and the service is good but could be improved. Would appreciate if they didn’t ask every 15 minutes if we wanted to anything else and would like a check!
