I love grabbing my own drink from the fridge then waiting while the servers or the owner are giving a conversation in the back. Then when they finally see me they come up and put the debit card machine in my face asking for a tip. Point 1 what did you do for me I got my own item and 2 you made me wait. When your job is to make a sandwich or make a coffee. When you complete that service then you are doing what you are paid to do tips are not guaranteed but fair if you want to ask. But If I grab my own drink from a fridge you have legit done noting don't ask don't expect it's just rude

I’ve always had a good experience but today was not good. I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap and it had bacon which I didn’t know. I reported it and the man offered to make me a second one which he asked me what I wanted and i replied “ lettuce, chicken, mayo and ketchup”. With my break running out, I got a new wrap which had the opposite of what I wanted. The wrap had tomatoes, onion, cucumber and was burnt on one side. I am so angry and not satisfied. I don’t need the food but just my $10 back because I’ll not be coming back here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. The best menu options are: poutine with chicken fingers, hot dogs, ceasar salad with grilled chicken and breakfast sandwich with chipotle sauce!! Nice experince overall

Love this place! The staff are awesome and learned my name after only a few visits - now I’m a regular because although there’s other options nearby, they always knock it out of the park. Try the egg salad! 10/10!

What an amazing team that strives to bring that small town feel to a business. Everyone knows your name and is excited to see you. I even had one employee run to the cash to take my order even though it was the end of her shift. It made my day! Kudos to a great team and great owners! Also good is great! My go to on the menu is the Chicken Finger wrap and their sweet potato fries! You can’t beat the price!

Fantastic service and staff. 3D Turkey Club is the best sandwich! Occasionally I'll mix it up with a daily special. :)
