The Green Dragon Pub

Very friendly, both atmosphere and server wise. They got a nice spacious patio by the road, but not so close that it may feel intimidaying. As for the order, I tried their onion rings and draft beer, which was delicious. They seem to have half-price wings on Saturdays, so I'm definitely coming back for those. Strongly recommended!

Went back after a long absence & the wings are even better than I remembered. Super busy when I went (1/2 price wings Sat @ dinnertime) but they got me seated and served quickly. Wings are some of the best I've eaten, easily best in TO. Fresh, huge, meaty, great crisp. These guys nailed wings.

Straight up good food! 👍🏼 They got wings right. Been wanting to come here for the past 6 years and finally!! They did not disappoint. The wings were plump and big and crunchy and juicy and oh so tasty! They were swimming in sauce too. We got the mozzarella sticks, frings, wings in both mild and medium, and the foot long hotdog (they have Nathan’s!!). I just wish they had unlimited bleu cheese dressing. Atmosphere was very chill and you can tell this is a family place and definitely a neighbourhood institution. Will for sure be coming back!

Six of us review wing spots in Toronto monthly and The Green Dragon ranked among our top 10 picks of all time in the city. The wings scored a 9.3/10. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the east end. Excellent size, good sauce flavour and the breaded finish locked it all in nicely.

The wings were outstanding. The flavours were bang on. They came out fresh and crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. Will certainly be back for more. The only downside is that there was only 1 server for the entire place so it was rather slow. Probably would have ordered more drinks but she was just too busy. Not sure why places like this always under staff especially at busy times or on long weekends but anyway. Only because the wings were so good would I not reduce my rating. Hopefully it’ll be a little quicker next time. Returned again and had superb wings once again! It was a Wednesday night so not super busy and the server was highly attentive and available. Made for a much nicer experience and of course as mentioned, the wings were terrific. Had the inferno and the dragon fire which were both quite nice flavours and not overly hot. Will be back again!

Great food and great service. Patio seating as well as indoor. Food came out pretty quickly and was piping hot! 20 wings for $30 is a great deal - you get to choose two flavours. Got the dry Cajun and hot flavours - both good. Make sure to dip your wing with the remaining dry rub as it falls, so you may not get the full taste of it. Wings are massive too! Get a side of sweet potato fries with that $5 and it's a game changer. Free refills on pop too :) Our server was wonderful and always kept an eye out on all the tables which was definitely noted and appreciated.
