The Friendly Thai

I ordered here from UberEats because there was a special and I wanted to try a different Thai place outside my neighborhood. I should've checked Google maps first. I was very disappointed with the pad Thai. It had a sour sticky taste that is just not appetizing. The green curry was okay. No wonder this place is 3.9 stars on Google while the places I normally order from are 4.5-4.8 stars.

Horrible atmosphere, very loud ringing that does not stop at all. It sounds like someone's cell phone is ringing non stop. It's truly aggravating. Apparently there is "nothing they can do about it". Online orders do not go through properly so if you order online, you still need to wait for your food when you come to pick it up. I highly do not recommend this restaurant. I can see why it's empty at dinner hour on a Friday. I will never eat here again.

Friday late afternoon, service was very friendly and quick. Got the pad Thai with chicken and the serving was large! They also offer peanuts/peanut sauce on the side by default so friendly for those with allergies

Ordered take out . Was told to wait about 15 minutes . It was around 35 minutes which is fine I just wish they gave a better approximation. I asked for my food to be spicy , it was not . I enjoyed the coconut rice but my shrimp were overcooked . The person I ate with said their food wasn't great , the chicken was bland and their rice wasn't very flavorful .

i don’t like to leave 1 star reviews unless the place is really, really awful, so when i say that this is some of the worst food i’ve ever had, i mean it. we ordered veggie pad thai on uber eats for pickup and only after a few bites we had to throw everything out. both orders were super over cooked and mushy, the vegetables were clearly all from frozen and over cooked and bitter, and the tofu had a terrible sour/expired taste. the flavour was unlike any pad thai i’ve ever had, in the worst way possible. even the crushed peanuts that came with it were stale and soft. luckily uber refunded our entire order. i would never go here again, it was so gross and disappointing.

I had the worst mango sticky rice ever!! There was hardly any mangos.. mostly sticky rice.. overall the food was really bad the tom yum soup was not tasty, the spicy beef salad was sweet. The service was bad the guy taking our order was rushing us and took the menus without even asking if we were gonna look at it to order anything else. I was still gazing at the menu… unpleasant experience. Never going back.

Lovely location! We got the pad Thai and golden curry dishes and food was great. Came out fresh and tasted authentic. Server was also very friendly. Would recommend if you are in the area.
