Yesterday, we dined at this restaurant after spending a few hours on the island. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and the generous portions. The service was excellent and the staff were friendly. The restaurant appeared clean, and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Our server was super nice and jolly! I ordered an Espresso Martini which was a 10/10 and shared some pub fries with my friends. Different people got different portions when they ordered their fries which was a bit weird. But it was an amazing experience overall

The food tasted amazing. It also came out very quick for a restaurant on Bay St. I love the vibe of this place. And it is just walking distance from the lake and Scotia Bank Arena

Average looking pub with good food. But the service was fantastic considering we showed up an hour before a leafs game and they managed to take us in and feed us with time to spare!

Stopped by The Fox after catching a Raptors game, and I must say, it didn't disappoint. This pub exudes a classic British ambiance, complete with traditional decor and music-themed accents on the walls, adding to its charm. The service was exceptional - our servers were not only attentive but also added a touch of humor to our experience. As for the food, my friend and I opted for the Fox Smash Burger, Foxy Mac Burger, along with a side of poutine and sweet potato fries. The burgers were delicious, and the upgraded sides were a perfect complement. Overall, The Fox is a great choice for a post-activity hangout in downtown Toronto.

The food here is amazing !! We got the Roma meatball, chicken club sandwich and the steak frites! Drinks included the tropic thunder, strawberry negroni! (Very strong btw)) Staff were very nice and constantly busy, so the teamwork really displayed!

This is a fantastic place. Julia the bartender is super friendly! Quick service. The spinach and cheese dip is one of the best I've ever had! their burgers not too big not too small just right. YUMMY. It's a must try cute little place if you're ever in the Toronto area. I dined alone and didn't feel alone. The music and vibe here rocks too. Thanks Julia :)

Food was great and service was friendly. Due to the area, their decor walks a fine line between casual business lunches and pub to watch the game at night (or post game - the ACC is across the street). We were there for dinner but there was not game so the it was a little on the quiet side. The walls are filled with black and white photos of prohibition and whimsical sayings related to drinking. They that a good selection of beers on tap, a reasonable size liquor bar and a few wines on the menu. The food served was piping hot. We got the nachos, Swiss burger and the appetizer platter - everything was great. The burger was a little on the juicy side, could have let it rest for another minute or two, but full of flavour and not over cooked. The platter had a good assortment with deep fried pickles, jerked chicken, spring rolls and fries. We ordered a side gravy for the fries but they were actually pretty good without - their gravy is really good though and worth the add on. The nachos were flat out amazing. Served on a skillet, they tower high and were topped accordingly. I judge my nachos on flavour and how they are built. I don’t like when I get to end have a bunch of chips or topping without chips left - feels like a waste. We had four chips left and we could have scraped the bottom for some topping if we wanted. That’s a really good build. The pulled pork and chicken sprinkled throughout the nachos was full of flavour and added a nice change from the standard toppings. I highly recommend them. A little on the pricier side (two people will probably come to around $80 with drinks) but I would go back.
