Ordered the Newfie poutine and it's not stuffing it's just bread, and it's disgusting. Will not be ordering from here again

The food here is disgusting. I wouldn't serve this garbage to a barnyard animal. I ordered two items take-out: the gyros dinner, and the newfie poutine. The gyros dinner description is gyros served with rice, Greek salad, pita, and tzatziki. There was no rice, no Greek salad, no pita and no tzatziki. What I got was dry, cold gyros meat that was hard to the touch, on a scant pile of cold fries and a small, stale bread roll. Completely inedible. The newfie poutine is supposed to be a regular poutine with stuffing. I've had it at Melanie Pringles and it's awesome. From this place, there was barely any sauce, and they clearly just opened a packet of dried stuffing and poured it over the top. So, $19 for fries with breadcrumbs. Everything was cold. Charging $23 for this gyro "dinner" and $19 for the "poutine" should be an arrestable offence. What a joke of a restaurant. Never, ever eat here.

Never had the food but looks all garbage and frozen forsure no way this place stays open buying fresh food consistently, my gf said the wrap was frozen chicken fingers with franks and lettuce and almost 20$ she jus laughed n threw it out

First time I ordered here not hood I got a full of fries cold my smoothie was water abd we hot the wrong order. I wish I could give it a 0 😱 never again

Im not suppressed this shop having this kind of bad review. I went to pick up several times to this shop. They are treating to drives like slaves. If I can give negative starts, I would like to give -100 of them. As a delivery drive I will never take a order from this shop. Even the kitchen and shop is soo dirty. I dont know why people order food from this restaurant. Please be kind to all human

I dont usually leave negative reviews but here we are. We paid for priority delivery which took 45 minutes to arrive, possibly not the restaurants fault. I ordered a milkshake, got chocolate milk. The poutine we ordered was cold which the 45 minute delivery time explains that part. The ribs weren't edible at all, terribly overcooked. Overall cost us $75 and after the wait we couldnt eat any of it. Just my opinion but reheated fries are terrible so we couldn't even save that part.

This used to be a hidden gem for British Pub Food but not anymore. The gentleman now running the place hasn’t a clue what’s on his own menu. I went in today to order my favourite bangers and mash, and he didn’t know what I’m talking about to the extent I had to point it out for him on the menu. He proceeded to read the description of the dish off the menu, paused in confusion and asked me if I wanted to order something else. I said no thanks, bangers and mash will be just fine for me. Then he prepared this (see the photo attached) 😂 I was too stunned to speak so I just took it and left. The restaurant seems to have maintained its long open hours which earns it an extra star.

No wonder low rating here. Went to pick up an order, the owner started using profanity as i didnt have a bag to put the order in. I said my wife is bringing the bag but this guy started using abusive language. I can only imagine the level of customer service by this guy. Just a warning for people who gonna be his customers. If he treats drivers like that, imagine how he treats his staff for small mistakes that he went rouge over a small issue. I like to try restaurants but this one will be forever no go on my list. The first bad review I ever wrote for someone.
