Little complaint about the Craft. Side note first time going there. And was entertaining guests at my house that I wanted to get back to. Ordered three pizzas for take out. Ordered the pizzas to be picked up at 4pm, called the order in at 0145 pm. Not there fault but had to find parking way up the street and it was about a 5 minute walk away which added to the frustration, you will see at the end. I walked into the store and gave my name. The girl working the counter said the pizzas weren't ready and would be 5 minutes. After 5 minutes I was then told the order was for 430 not 4. I argued with them a little about ordering for 4pm and the importance of time management. They told me we'll nothing they could do and it would be 25 more minutes. They then asked me to leave and come back. They made me leave the resturant and stand outside for 25 minutes in -15 weather. After 25 minutes I returned and was told a few more minutes I was through the roof mad at this point. And said bring them out now! I ain't waiting any more. The girl went to the back and brought the pizzas. I paid and told them that there service was the worse. No apology from them. No remorse for making me wait outside. No discount for there error. I then had to walk the pizza up the hill to my car. I won't be back ever to the Craft.

They have catered several of my family functions, and the food is always a hit—consistently delicious and beautifully prepared. From their amazing pizzas to their authentic Italian dishes, everything is bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly, professional, and always go above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. One of our Favourite dinner spots in Orangeville. The food is amazing and the service is fantastic. We will definitely keep coming back and let our friends know about it as well.

My husband and I went here on a date and it was great! The food was amazing and so yummy, and sitting outside in the evening was lovely. The inside also looked very nice and we look forward to sitting there next time

Dinner before a show and wow! So good! Pizza crust was so light and airy and absolutely delicious...as was the lobster arincini. And the creme brulee was to die for! Tiramisu tastes so much better with a coffee liqueur (personal preference) but it was pretty good regardless. Looking forward to coming back.

pictures are from our first time trying the craft, we sat on the patio and really enjoyed the atmosphere and food. We’ve been back since and have been met with consistency in both food and service. We finally get some good Italian food in Orangeville! The pizza is absolutely amazing and the quality of the food really shines. My go-to is the Craft pizza, but I also like to get the pasta. The pasta is made fresh in-house, and it has a very pleasant texture and taste. The chitarra puttanesca is fantastic, it has the perfect amount of saltiness for a seafood dish and is absolutely full of flavor (this is my favourite pasta, but I'd recommend the others too!). I have had the sandwiches a few times, the mortadella puccia is my favourite, the bread is delicious and they don't skimp on the meat. I've had their cannoli and tiramisu for dessert with espresso when they first opened. The espresso bean they use is really good and the tiramisu might just be the best tiramisu I've ever had, it really reminds me of my dad's. I almost forgot to mention the arancini, get the arancini poutine as an appetizer, it is really cheesy and delicious, good for sharing. For me, as an Italian who grew up here, this restaurant is the best Italian food in Orangeville. The pizza is hands-down the best I've ever had in Ontario, and I have spent years travelling and living all over the province. If you can try the woodfired pizza they do at their events, do it, it is phenomenal. I only wish I still lived in Orangeville so I could come back more frequently! Glad my hometown gets such a gem!

Went for a late lunch, service was great. I went for a classic margarita pizza and cocktail. Both were delicious. Full of flavour, simple but extremely well crafted. Took tiramisu for take out - very fresh real cream, very tasty. Looking forward to another visit!
