The Chai Place

Very bad experience with paneer roll and alu patty. Everything was so bad and dry. I couldn't even chew the paneer and roll itself. Patty was insanely dry that it was crumbling on my hand. Please don't waste money on the food here. I will never go back to this place. I was hungry and now i am throwing away my food which was worth $30. Do better Chai place people

Small nice place. I always try the TCP Cold Coffee and my significant other tries the Karakh Chai. So good. The owner is such a nice person and I really wish her all success in this business.

Came here for the first time today since I live in the area and figured it’s new and worth a try! The food was really good and made fresh in front of you. The girl was really sweet as well. Would def recommend the Thai chicken wrap and honey chili potato fries! Will for sure be coming back:)

I visited this chai place and loved the veggie burger—flavorful and perfectly cooked. Mandeep, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and passionate, making the experience even better with his friendly conversation and great recommendations. A cozy spot with delicious food and exceptional service. I’ll definitely return. Highly recommend!

Tried them for the first time today. must say the best service I have ever received in any dine in. the owner is very welcoming. their food is 10/10. loved the gulab ice cream. This is the must try item.

Freshly prepared and food was very good and tasty . We tried grill cheese sandwich, pink lemonade, cheese omelet , ginger and cardamom tea and also paneer rice bowl.. I liked everything I tried …. Thanks for serving good food..

Had the best paani puri in Canada 😍 Their mango shake was absolutely delicious. 100% recommend this place. Their menu has pretty much everything breakfast, lunch, dinner and quick snacks. Also tried their savoury pastries. They tasted very fresh and crispy. Loved the variety of dishes in their menu. Really wanna try a lot of other things from their menu. The ambience was the cherry on the top.

Just ordered food for the first time as the menu/pics looked promising. But to extreme disappointment it was the most horrible first bite I ever had, the whole meal went straight to garbage.. i understand it's a new place but being vegetarian (owner) and unable to taste what you are selling (non-veg) is not an excuse or professional at all. I hope they keep learning and improve the food quality. EDIT - reply to the owner's comment - Its not about the taste, it's about what you are selling. You gave a horribly cooked dish which was close to chicken Curry with old chewy meat and labeled it as butter chicken..please don't hide you mistake and shortcomings by berating your customer's intelligence. It's not the first time we ordered the dish and your false claim can't make it true. When you can't even taste the food and have no idea what you are selling then don't try to force your opinion about it on others. Look at the pic and if that looks like butter chicken to you (compare with the pic in your menu and every where else) then I don't know what else can be said here... Good luck
