The Captain's Boil

I’ve been craving Captain’s Boil as I haven’t been in years! The service at this location was excellent. The food can’t complain, finally got a taste of that signature Captain’s sauce again which is a combination of all 3 (garlic, cajun & lemon pepper) and highly recommend!. Great flavours. Ordered shrimps ordered lobsters, crabs, clams and mussels. Came home to a surprise, that i have to clean the shrimps myself, before indulging. But the taste and quality of shrimps more than what I was expecting and made up to the hard work. Sides we tried corn cobs and potato. We loved them too. We had a wonderful experience, the restaurant is super clean, washrooms were nice. And the prices are fair. t was our first time to this location for Sunday's lunch, we absolutely loved the ambience.

The food was great! The shrimp basket and seafood fried rice were very good. The sides came in a seperate bag but we found that shaking it in the seafood bag gave it a good flavour! The only downside is that the prices don’t show on the menu but the server was very good at explaining how everything worked and the prices. The day I went the Mateys meal was 77$ and the Pirates was 135$.

The food was messy and delicious, service was quick, polite,friendly and informative. We ordered Pirates feast and it was plenty for 3 people.

I went with my kids yesterday. My kids enjoyed the food. The calamari was perfect as well as the poutine. The crabs 🦀 the muscles the corn 🌽 the shrimps 🍤 were all cooked perfectly. Sally was the one who took care of us. Thank You 😊

Out of town and looking for a seafood boil we came upon this place. Tucked away in a small strip. The atmosphere was relaxing and pleasant. Plenty of seating. Ordered crab and shrimp for our boils. Both were fresh and the flavor of the captain’s boil sauce was so good. One of the best boils we’ve had. Service was friendly and attentive. Great experience.

Okay, I had to wait a bit for the order. I have to be honest. And I was so hungry, after doing a 2.3km Wizard of Oz walk, so possibly the 15 minutes felt longer. But it was all made up for with an apology and great food. 👍 The experience is amazing.

Captains boil was a fun experience and busy atmosphere. We went on a Saturday evening around 7pm and got a table right away but with a lot of people in and out it was a challenge for the servers to keep up. Our server was very nice and polite and was obviously doing everything she could. The seafood itself is not the highest quality but it is still yummy especially with the captains boil sauce. Overall we had a great time!

Amazing food and atmosphere! But what made our dinner super special was our server Amber. I have a gluten intolerance and some of the foods we ordered contained some wheat. She went above and beyond to make sure my food was completely gluten-friendly. It is obvious that Amber loves her work and wants to make her customers happy.
