I don't normally leave reviews...but I just had to for this one. I've been disappointed with quality and customer service a couple times before but my girlfriend loves the priest burger so much that we keep going back. We ordered a take-out order online, picked up the food and drove back home. First issue, the deep fried mushroom in the priest burger was missing, literally the one thing that differentiates the burger from the rest. Second issue, I asked for extra pickles...got none. Third issue, no one ever picks up the phone. A time before, we called to place an order, no answer, went in 10 mins later only to see 3 employees just standing behind the counter and no customers in the restaurant. Definitely not going back, no matter how much the girlfriend loves the priest burger lol

Great service, whilst fast, but also polite. The food is also fresh given how busy they are. You won’t get stale food that’s been sitting around. They’re also friendly and gave me options for the sauces that I didn’t know of which I ended up getting! I like when staff is able to recommend things I didn’t ask for, only to give me options I didn’t think I had; even if I don’t end up taking it (which in this case I did). The girls at the front are awesome! And the guys making the food are doing a great job also!

Okay UPDATE: Honestly i gave this review because they tell you if you leave one you get a free cookie. But then I got my order and it was TERRIBLE. I paid to add bacon to my burger and I got ONE piece (that was also dry and very much not fresh). I also ordered the chicken burger that was supposed to be basted/covered in hot sauce, but instead they just slathered some on the bottom of the bun. The poutine was so underwhelming and mediocre, but I’m mostly pissed off about how awful the burger was. OLD REVIEW BELOW: Janae was amazing!! How lovely of a woman at the front. I’ve never been here before and she helped guide me through the menu to find what I’d like. She was actually just so kind and I loved her vibe. Thanks girl! I’ll be back. This is the kind of person you wanna have working for your business. Wonderful representative.

Overall, a good spot for a quick meal. The burgers are tasty, and the service is fast and efficient. Perfect for when you're in a rush and want something satisfying. I'd definitely stop by again!

The Tower of Babel was awesome, and enough for 2 of us with leftovers. I hadn't been to this location before, but they weren't overly busy for lunchtime on Saturday so service was pretty quick.

It was pretty busy with lots of people coming in, which seemed like a good sign. We absolutely loved our burgers—they were delicious! However, we did have a little issue with the fries. They were overcooked and mostly the small, scrappy ones instead of the long, crispy fries we were expecting. Something to keep an eye on.

I recently visited Burger Priest and burgers were good and the warmth of their service. The patties were perfectly cooked, juicy, and flavorful, while the toppings were fresh and generous. The ambiance was cozy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Burger Priest to anyone craving a satisfying burger experience. It's definitely worth a visit!
