The Burger's Priest

This place has gone downhill fast. Used to be great, but whoever is running the place now either isn’t managing the staff anymore or just doesn’t care. Uber Eats should ban them. You order delivery and they make you wait an hour before cancelling your order. In a best case scenario they only cancel a few items. Brutal service and this is the fourth time. I will never order from these guys again, there are plenty other burger options in the neighbourhood, I’m done with Burger Priest. P.S. They give discounts if you give them a five star review, so most of the five star reviews on here are fake.

I am Celiac and never have any problems eating at Burger’s Priest. They have great safety protocols. The burgers, fries, and milkshakes are delicious. Highly recommend for anyone and Celiacs especially.

The waiter was SO NICE! We noticed there was 1 fry bag missing, and he gave us 2 bags and a cookie to compensate! I cannot express how good the service was. Food was great, tasty, and clean. Overall 5/5 stars

Our family has now eaten at Burger's Priest in Oakville several times, and each time it's been an excellent experience. The food is hot and tasty, the portions generous and the service amazing. Ella has served us each time and has been very welcoming and friendly, helpful in making recommendations and great about offering items to enhance our meal. The store is clean and we all leave with full bellies. Highly recommend!

My brother and I recently visited The Burger Priest, and wow, this place is burger heaven! From the moment we walked in, the smell of freshly grilled patties had us hooked. The burgers were juicy, packed with flavor, and perfectly cooked. The toppings were fresh, and the buns were soft yet sturdy! The best for last, the customer service I received from the workers, especially Sammy and Kunj absolutely amazingly kind hearted people! I would recommend this place a thousand times over!

So glad we checked this place out! The food is delicious! We had the California classic burger, chicken low priest and the hot and honey chicken as well as a poutine each. The chicken burgers were large with a good amount big white chicken. The classic burger has a very tasty bun. The sauces on all the burgers was excellent. The poutine had lots of gravy and cheese curds. The portions were all perfect and good was made quick and hot! The location is excellent, just in south Oakville near Longos. There is free parking and plenty of seating inside. The restaurant is pretty clean. It was nice that they were environmentally conscious and used paper straws and wood cutlery. They even have gluten free buns!! This is a must stop into for a delicious meal! We will be back :)

Missing cheese between top grilled cheese buns. Not ready when app says it will be. Tastes pretty good though. Lines are disorganized and your drink is up to you to remember

Updated with most recent visit: Wednesday February 1, 2023 9:10pm Ordered the same thing as my last visit which was a California classic single, fries and mint chocolate shake. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious again. This is my 3rd visit here. Friendly cashier. Above and beyond service. Quality is perfect! I really enjoy visiting this location. Mon. Sept. 12, 2022 4:47pm Everything was hot, fresh and super delicious. I had the best service from Devany. Super friendly and made a perfect mint chocolate shake! The cook was nice. It's always a great visit when staff are so welcoming. Best visit at a Burger's Priest ever!
