Had our staff Christmas party here last night. Enjoyed the food, wings were crispy and delicious. Deep fried pickles held their own, not soggy like some other places. Good selection of beer, I had Guinness. British pub atmosphere with good deals. I'll definitely be back! Cheers!

It’s too bad you’re restricted to not being able to make certain things in house. Your burgers are not great. The fact that they could be so much better with very little effort is annoying. For example, make your Pattie’s in house, ditch the crappy frozen ones. Make sure you’re serving on fresh buns always! Slightly toast the buns and do not put wet lettuce on the bun when starting to build the burger, it sets the burger up to be mushy and gross. The one slice of pickle was sliced so thinly it was just sad! Like , you might as well not bother. 2 slices of tasteless tomato is a waste of money, purchase decent tomatoes! Your fries were pretty good, not the best, but good. As for your bangers and mash, you cannot call ordinary pork sausages to be bangers!!! They’re not!! Get real bangers if you’re going to call the dish bangers, check it out. The taste difference is night and day. Your service staff were lovely!! Polite, attentive, kind, and efficient. Along with the manager, he was very nice as well. Hope you manage to hang onto them. I suppose you’re limited to things as you’re not running the show. Having to abide by how things are set out for you by Firkin is a dishonour to what you’d be capable of making this place actually be really good. Good luck. Probably won’t return. It’s too bad really, it has so much potential.

The food was very good and server was lovely. However I paid 19$ for a large wine which is ridiculous. You don't even pay that much at the Keg. Also they had a wing special which was 10$ for a pound but still charged 9$ on top if you wanted fries which again is crazy. That is their regular price so no deal there. Don't think they will last with prices like that.

Went in to watch game. TV's everywhere so watching was nonissue. Met the owner who was really nice and talked about the upcoming grand opening. Service was great and enjoyed the food. We bought game watching food. The honey garlic wings were great, the garlic bread with cheese was actually best I have had anywhere in a long time. The nachos were good but next time I will ask for extra cheese. We have been looking for a local pub since moving into the area about 4 years ago and are happy to say we found our drinking hole. Cannot wait to see the live band and will definitely be checking out the open mic night. If you are there and ever see a crazy curly haired woman yelling at the Leaf game, she is with me. :)

We drove past last night and decided to have dinner here. We were told by the owner that this was just a soft opening and the offical opening was on the 19th, so the full menu was not on display. But for a place that has just opened, the service was impeccable and the food was delicious! Will definitely be visiting again once they are officially open to try the full menu. Special mentions for the fish Taco’s the Jaffna Beef Curry and the bruschetta, they are a must try!

I went for lunch with some friends. The staff was friendly and attentive but not pushy. The food was great. I had the chicken fingers and fries and was very impressed with the quality and quantity. My friends had a PBLT with the side salad and wings. Everyone had such a great time we have already planned our next lunch date.
