The Brick Oven Pizza Company

Although this establishment is set in a remote area, and in a food truck, i must say the pizza was delicious, service was quick and delivered right to my truck I presume by the owner.

I've been going there for a few years now and they NEVER disappoint! Super friendly staff and the best wood oven pizza outside of fancy (stupid expensive) restaurants in Toronto! If you've never tried it before, do yourself a flavour favour and go there! :)

Stopped here to swap drivers on the way to Safari Niagara. The smells for the wood oven made us stop again on the way home. The pizza was fantastic. 3 of our 4 kids said it was the best pizza they’ve ever had. The fourth had his mouth full of a slice, but was nodding in agreement. Customer service was amazing. The lovely girl firing the pizzas even let our daughter help turn our pizza in the oven. We started off with 3 pizzas, but had to get one more because it was just that good! We will most definitely be back!

On our way to Niagara falls we stopped at this really unique place. The smell of burning wood and freshly made and baked pizza 🍕 😋 was just simple amazing. Fresh ingredients and delicious cheese 🧀 will make you to come back again. Sometimes small by the road places serve the most amazing food.

First time trying this food truck but won’t be my last. The pizza was so delicious and reasonably priced. The people working here are very friendly. They bring the pizza right to your car when it’s ready and the wait wasn’t long at all at all.

Don't judge a pizza by its location! This truck in a parking lot serves incredible thin crust pizza straight from a wood-burning oven. The flavors are exceptional and the taste is unbeatable. Don't miss out on this delicious surprise!

Highly recommend! True wood oven pizza. Fast service. Your pizza is immediately hand prepared and made to order. Fired in the wood oven for a quick 5 minutes and your pizza is ready and delivered to your car window. Fresh ingredients and multiple options. Crispy crust with slight wood char. My favorite is the Greek! I come by often! The BEST!

This was hands down the best pizza I've had in a long time. Perfect thin crust brick oven baked, I usually dont eat all of the crust on a pizza but I found myself Finnishing the whole slice crust and all ! I also dont usually eat a whole medium pizza in one shot but from the first slice to the last excellent! I ate the whole thing! Lol
