The Bhais Shawarma & Grill

It’s a super small store, not alot of standing or sitting room. It’s made for take out so keep that in mind. The food overall is okay, there isn’t as much flavour as you’d expect. The drench the plate with sauce. The great thing is their portions are big and filling. The bigger guy with the beard behind the counter did a horrible job of explaining the menu and an even worse job of explaining what already comes with the plate. He wasn’t being honest and another employee spoke up and told him to fully inform us of our options and what’s already included in their plates, and what sides were available. A big shoutout to the second guy, that was much appreciated.

Went out for an evening and was hankering for some wonderful Shawarma. Found Bhais online and drove there. The gentleman was super friendly and prepared the order. Combo 111 wrap with salad. Chicken Shawarma. Both items were awesome. Shawarma poutine - beef shawarma - really that’s what it was.

I've been coming here weekly with my friend. We've never once had anything less than excellent shawarma plates. Not a bad meal once. The portion size is very generous, especially for just under $16 for a chicken plate. I can't say enough good things!

The bhai’s Shawarma is my go-to spot for delicious Middle Eastern cuisine! Their shawarmas are bursting with flavor and always freshly made. The chicken shawarma is perfectly seasoned, tender, and comes wrapped in warm, fluffy bread. The garlic sauce they use is addictive, their homemade tahini sauce was a game-changer and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and efficient. Prices were reasonable for the quality you get .Highly recommend!

Bhai’s Shawarma is a hidden gem along the esplanade! Their reasonable pricing makes it a go-to spot for delicious eats. The chicken leg was incredibly fresh and tasty, and the garlic potatoes were a delightful surprise. The friendly service added to the overall great experience. Highly recommend!

Solid shawarma spot along the Esplanade. I came on a Friday evening at 7:45PM and there were several people ahead of us. We ordered the 222 plate combo which was a good amount for 2 people. The portions were very generous and the fries were super crispy (likely from Costco). Only thing that was missing for a more flavourful hot sauce as it everything tasted a bit bland. Would come back and highly recommend.

Small shawarma spot offering a refined menu of wraps and plates with the typical fixins. The real star here is their actual chicken shawarma meat. The chicken is fresh cut off the spit and has an excellent seasoning and texture - crispy yet tender. Aside from the meat, the toppings/sauces were underwhelming and didn't really combine into anything special. Not to say it was bad by any means, just overall pretty bland and the flavour from the meat got drowned out. I'd probably skip the wrap next time and try a plate. Overall a good option for shawarma - reasonably priced, good portions, and good quality.
