This meal blew me away! I could not believe I was eating gluten free, it tasted like what I remember delicious food tasting like. I've been gluten-free just over a year now, and over and over again, I'm disappointed by restaurants and grocery store options. This place is the first for me to be absolutely stunned by the delicious flavor, the satisfying crunch, and just overall excitement of getting to choose anything I want off the menu. It all smelled phenomenal, and regardless of whether it was gluten-free, it was honestly the most delicious Chinese food I've ever had in my life. We are 2 hours from home, and I would drive back for this meal again! If you're looking for a fantastic meal, loads of options, and a great small family oriented business to spend your money at, I definitely recommend this spot. You won't be disappointed! We had the bbq egg rolls, Cantonese lo mein, and the general tso chicken. Delicious from top to bottom! As an added bonus the staff were lovely people, and there were frozen take-home options too! Can't wait to try some of these take homes.

I came to this place with my friend and they had the best vegan options. They are so accommodating two different dietary restrictions. The story behind their opening, and their whole restaurant is so sweet. Make sure you learn about it while you’re there. The food was so flavourful and so good. we ordered so much food. We had so much to take home as well.

The best Chinese food when you have dietary, allergy or health related conditions. The food tastes authentic and delicious! We came here for lunch several times now and the food has been on point. We have some health related conditions and we need to avoid all salt and soy (high sodium) in our food. This is very difficult to do when eating out and even if you ask for low sodium at other Chinese restaurants. Soy sauce itself is high in sodium. But Coconut amino is a low sodium, gluten free alternative to soy sauce. The cook was able to do no salt and use coconut amino for us. The taste of all the dishes were still delicious while still being low sodium. I love that we found this place! Healthy, low sodium and tasty food. They are very dedicated to those with allergies or dietary restrictions. You can request a deep clean of cooking equipment if you have a severe allergy. And all the food on the menu is gluten-free. I high recommend supporting this business!

The Bean Sprout's has fantastic selection of frozen gluten-free entrees and fresh made in restaurant offerings. We ordered a bunch of items, including chicken spring rolls, egg rolls, General Tao's chicken, sweet and sour chicken, honey garlic chicken, spicy Thai chicken, Kung Pao chicken, sweet and sour pork, and traditional chicken balls. Get everything with sauce on the side. We cook the entrees in the oven and then add the provided sauces. It's so convenient for a quick and delicious meal! They also have pop-up locations, so check their website for dates. We've had only positive experiences with The Bean Sprout. Completely celiac friendly.

As a family newly navigating the challenges of Celiac disease, finding safe & delicious dining options has been a daunting task until we discovered this gem of a restaurant. This dedicated gluten-free Chinese restaurant was an absolute delight. Every dish we ordered was not only bursting with authentic flavors but also crafted to be entirely gluten-free. Great Chinese food. We ate for dinner and everything was made to order. It was reasonably priced and met all our dietary needs. They also have frozen meals if you would like to take items home. The owners were really friendly and very caring!

We weren’t sure if they were open for Canada day and when I called they opened just for us. The owner cooked everything fresh for us. I brought my wife whom is gluten/dairy free and a friend who isn’t. We all enjoyed the food wholeheartedly, the dumplings and calamari just wow. The fresh sweet and sour spice sauce was delicious. We will definitely be regular customers of Bean Sprouts!!! Thank you for making delicious food my wife can fully enjoy.

As always, it is a wonderful treat eating at the Beansprout. Everything on the menu is gluten free! To those who don't have Celiac disease, I cannot properly describe the joy it brings to be able to order anything of the menu without fear of getting sick. The generous portions always leave lots to bring home and enjoy for a second meal. Thank you to the Beansprout seems insufficient to articulate my appreciation for giving us a safe place to enjoy terrific food!
