the food was terrible !! I ordered Alfredo pasta and it was not tasty at all. I had to switch my dish with my mother... The sauce was very chunky and not seasoned at all. The shrimps were soft and tasty but overall 2/10 dish. Very disappointing coming from a place called "The Italian Place" ...

I’ve been here many times and they never disappoint. I’ve had their pizza, Italian hot sandwiches and pasta… and I’ve enjoyed every meal. Super flavourful and you can tell they really put effort into getting that real Italian taste in their food. They are a little pricey and I’ve seen their prices increase over the years, but that’s expected with the cost of everything going up i suppose.

I've been here a total of 3 times and every single time the food is superb. You order up front so don't expect a traditional sit in experience. That being said, they have plenty of seats for everyone. I recommend their wood oven pizza as the ingredients are fresh and vibrant. Their personal size is about the size of a plate but their large is quite big. Compared to competitors they are a smidge pricer but the portion size makes up for it. Overall, you won't be disappointed if you try this spot.

This place is amazing!! Chosen on a whim, found in the industrial section of Brampton, the food is amazing, homemade sauce and the pizza ??? DEEELISH!!! Service is friendly, cheers to the chef and hostess. Come early as the lunch crowd knows exactly where to go for deelish food and tend to sell out quickly !!! Pictured, the mile high lasagna and the Blasphemy pizza that uses shredded pieces of REAL ham not sliced and chopped ham like usual pizza places.

Tried the personalized pizza and the veal sandwich. The personalized pizza was good, well seasoned, however slightly soggy. I didn’t mind if too much it reminded me of the greasy pizza I ate in NYC. Not sure if that’s what they intended though. The veal sandwich was super tender however super under seasoned. It’s like there was no salt. The service I’m conflicted by. One of the servers was super nice and helpful while the other one was straight up giving me attitude when I asked her about what she recommended. Overall the portions were plentiful, almost American sized.

Heard a lot of great things about this place. Went with group work 9. I have to say it is Not a place to my liking. A little bit dis-appointed. Food: The food is Just ok, I ordered chickpea tuna salad not so good did not really see any chickpea in it. My co-worker’s pasta and pizza is good. Maybe I ordered wrong thing. we ordered some starter with cheese, olives etc it was dry tasted been out there for awhile. Overall I did not experience what other great review said too bad. Environment: Nice decor and large cafe. But the place is quite cold in a winter when the door keep open in busy lunch hours. Quite loud. (See owner’s comments on this below). Price: compare the food and services it is not cheap. 8 of us spent $245 with some regular desert. services: We were there Friday lunch - note! you also have to go line up order, it is not s place you sit down and take order (on selected days I but we did not know this till now), so the entire experience feels not much services, especially the lady at cashier it feels like she just want to get over with us quickly, saw some other review used the words “dismissive” kind of like that. To the fairness it is a busy lunch and this was our first time here but we could really use just a little bit patient. Important Update: the owner is responsive indicate the days with table services which is nice. See comments reply.

This place impressed the hell outta me. I've been coming here for some time strictly for the veal and the pasta. If I had known they made some of the best pizza and sandwiches I would be 200lbs heavier. The food is top quality with some of the freshest ingredients and the chefs cook with passion and love. I'm definitely coming back for more and I highly reccomend it to everyone who has sophisticated taste buds. Get over to That Italian Place and have some authentic Italian food. Best in Brampton!!

The wood oven pizzas made here are really good and they are priced just right. The ingredients feel fresh and balances well with the bread it's on. The pizzas are cooked in a traditional oven lending to a slightly smokey and rustic flavor, which is perfect. That Italian Place has a nice, spacious and lively location. The staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Highly recommended if you're craving for some great pie in the area.
