Ordered Vegetable Pad Thai and received chicken. My family is vegetarian, we have been vegetarian our whole life for religious reasons. Because of this we haven’t seen chicken in dishes like this a lot so after getting it we didn’t think anything of it. We took a few bites and felt that the ‘tofu’ was chewier than it should be. We compared our pad thai with photos online and realized that we had received chicken. We were shocked, then disgusted, then simply angry at this restaurant. We called them and they said the best they could do was either send a new one or give us store credit. No refund was offered to us. Ultimately we ordered a new one but our night was ruined. What was a nice family take-out dinner turned into a nightmare. See below the original chicken pad thai we received along with the vegetable pad thai they sent after.

Went out for a work dinner with 18 colleagues. Thai Room doesn’t have a party room so they used the Gabby’s restaurant next door to accommodate all of us. The atmosphere at Gabby’s was not the best. The music was way too loud and we couldn’t even hear each other. The lights were also very dim.The food was excellent and the portion sizes were huge. We all went home with take out boxes. Our server Tia was super sweet and fulfilled all our requests very kindly. A big thank you to her for helping make our evening special.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! We ordered the pineapple fried rice, mango sticky rice, spicy beef, and tiger shrimp, and everything was absolutely delicious with rich flavors. The Thai iced tea had a wonderfully creamy taste as well. Our server, Debbie, was fantastic and provided excellent service, making the experience even better. Highly recommend!

This was the first time myself and friends went to the thairoomgrand and it didn’t disappoint! The food was absolutely amazing. The Malay Curry had a spicy hit to it, and very creamy. Pad See Ew was amazing. The Grand Appetizer had a lot of great options! 10/10 experience with the waitresses as well (great service)!

Came for takeout and received efficient and friendly service.I ordered the Oodles of Noodles with shrimp, which surprisingly was a generous portion with several huge shrimp and crunchy vegetables. The dish was not only filling but incredibly delicious. The spring rolls were equally impressive and well-filled. I will definitely be back to explore more of their menu!

The food was extremely good! Everything we had ordered tasted delicious! However, the service was a HUGE letdown. We were a party of 3 and weren't seated in the actual restaurant common seating area, even though we've booked a reservation hours ahead. Instead, we were taken around and into the bar side of the restaurant. Our table was in a corner, and as a result, the waiter/waitresses hardly ever came by to check up on us. We were pretty much forgotten after the food was served at our table. In the end, I had to get up & go to them in order to pay the bill (no tips whatsoever and deservedly so) and fetch a take out box for our leftovers. Won't be coming back to this establishment again.

Food was really good. The restaurant has a very good ambience. We sat outside and it was really nice having food with square one city view♥️ Nice staff but our waitress was a bit rude to us as she was insisting us to give 15% tip which was supposed to be completely a customer’s choice. I had never seen any staff in any other restaurant like this. Staffs like her can be a good reason for this restaurant to get low rating. I am giving 3 star only for her rude/insulting behavior. Otherwise it was a great dining experience.

This the one of best Restaurant to have Thai food. We loved every thing we ordered! Amazing taste what ever we had . One of best Thai food we had for dinner. Veg Pineapple Fried Rice is a must have. Veg spring rolls are also good. Veg Samosa was tasty. Prices are reasonable and quantity is really good for two. Staff members are really nice and helpful. Parking is on street/ opposite side. It is a paid parking $1 per hour. Highly Recommended! Must try
