Thai On Rock Restaurant

The service was great but the food isn’t. I don’t recommend the mango sticky rice, mango was hard and sour as a rock. The pad Thai tasted dirty and the curry was too salty

I've been going to Thai On Rock for years and I've never been disappointed. I usually get the same 5 dishes and the consistency is amazing. Portion sizes are huge and easily do me for two meals. Highly recommended.

We just ordered Thai on rock and the food was amazing! Curry chicken fried rice, curry chicken Padthai, spicy coconut eggplant dish and hot sour soup all were delicious and large portions. Will definitely be ordering more often. Thank you for the awesome food.

Once in a while I order Thai and this is the only place I order from. When I order, it's always the same items from the menu because I'm not adventurous with food and I avoid hot/spicy. Unfortunately the food here is hit or miss and that's why i gave it 1-star. Signature Pad Thai is usually delicious but they often forget the peanuts. Mango Chicken was good this time but every few orders it tastes "off". Perhaps 1 in 5 orders is a fail but the 4 in 5 good product makes it worth ordering again... until there's another "off" dish. I've recently added wings to the order to replace other consistently "off" dishes. The first time the wings were EPIC and my mom who is notoriously critical said she loved them. The were a decent size, warm, and juicy. This time, they were 75% smaller, cold, and there was more bone than meat (see photo). Very disappointed. I called the restaurant back and she was very apologetic. She offered 10% discount next time which I don't think suffices. Not sure if I should try again in the future.

Very nice place. Clean and good service. Recommend the red chicken curry, basil beef and deep fried chicken wings.

I had order a shrimp and chicken pad Thai on call and I metioned to the front staff that I needed it medium spicy and the pad Thai is o sweet .guess they don’t know what it means to be MEDIUM SPICY Along with that they added only 3 piece of shrimp In the pad Thai for paying 18 dollars I asked for a mix of chicken and shrimp She tells me in the flyer we metioned about only 3 shrimps in the pad Thai RIDICULOUS!!!!!! People expect to eat out with such unauthentic Thai restaurant My 1st try and definitely the worst experience Even ur staff cannot even apologize that’s how they are trained

Stopped by Thai on Rock after a long road trip. It’s a small, homey Thai and Malaysian spot. We were the only ones in the restaurant, so service was quick. The chicken Pad Thai was alright—on the saucy, sweeter side with slightly soggy noodles, but the portion was generous. The pineapple fried rice was pretty good; the pineapple flavor was strong and paired well with the shrimp. I also tried the chicken pakora, which I generally love. It was good, though not the best I’ve had. Overall, the experience was okay; the food was decent but nothing extraordinary.

Dinning here is pretty much in dark dimmed lights. The food, fried chicken in peanut sauce is tasty but the Coconut soup looks more like Tom yum soup. Prices though are decent and competitive.
