Picture shows a bowl and food is in a carton box. Rice curry and in separate layers. Had to finish curry before eating rice. Taste was ok, just inconvenient.

Most terrible food portion. When you charge a certain amount then give that quality and quantity of food. I ordered thiaracha and got 90% of rice with 5 pieces of chicken! I was left with a bowl full of white rice! No sauce nothing just white rice. Pathetic!! If this would be the last place to eat on earth, I’d die hungry

Fried rice was so bad. Asked for vegetarian with no egg and it was stinky as never washed utensils and tasteless. On the top when I went to tell they made fun . So roud cashier lady and chef there

I ordered number 8, Pad See Ew (Thick Noodles) & Chinese Broccoli, with chicken protein added. Pros: Service was quick, noodles were hot and plentiful, and there was a fair amount of protein. Cons: zero flavour - not salty, not spicy, (I ordered spicy), no ginger, cilantro, sweet nor peanut, not “Thai”, just temperature hot. There was but ONE piece of Chinese broccoli chopped up very fine, not even enough for a spoonful. Very different than the photo. It’s a food court so atmosphere doesn’t really count. I am sure the bot is going to say “Hi, sorry you’re dissatisfied with your experience” I read the reviews after my eating experience and I sure wish I had read them before. I would have chosen to eat elsewhere, because there are a lot of other choices in this food court.

Edit: Responding to their response, It is not possible to leave feedback as the thai express I visted does not show up as a location. I ordered my food in person. I did not order online on the app/delivery. Manager and all staff did not know what the daily specials were, the discovery meals duo and combo. Asked the cashier what today was as it was advertised on their cash system and signage and she had no idea. A supervisor maybe came over, same thing, has no idea. I have to take a picture and show it to them. Overall, the food was pretty bad, I regret going. It's even worse that staff and the manager don't know about their own menu, it's been around for years...

I ordered a chicken pad thai with everything except the sprouts and I said I want 3/4 spicy. They made it “not spicy”, “no vegetables”, only chicken and noodles. They don’t listen or follow the food instructions

0 stars! Avoid this particular franchise, overpriced and mediocre food quality! Ordered the General Green Curry Chicken during lunch, no flavour at all.... Hardly any chicken pieces, was mostly onion! Definitely not worth $20! Terrible experience...have had better quality at other locations. Save your money and go elsewhere.

No flavour at all for pad thai. You can even tell from the color. Usually cashier will ask about spicy level for pad thai but she only reply as: you can add spicy sauce yourself (sriracha on the serving counter). That is so true that food quality really depends on which Thai Express locations.
