They are able to customize their soups and bowls. I asked for Tom Yum soup without noodles, and they were able to substitute for extra chicken and vegetables. It was great. Prices are good.

Disappointed and unfair experience. I ordered 4 items with a coupon for buy 3 get 1 free. I received 4 small boxes each almost half portion from the usual one. For the regular items price got half quantity, reasoning provided “coupon gives smaller size !!!!!” Dishonest business practices.

I tried Thai noodles for the first time.. I and my son enjoyed it .. it's The pad Thai with chicken. It was made fresh in front of us and tasted yum it has a mild sweet and tangy taste and we took medium spice. You can ask for more spice if u want to.

I recently dined at Thai Express and had an exceptional experience. The Thai food was absolutely amazing, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. What stood out the most was the unique aspect of having the food prepared right in front of me. It was fascinating to watch the skilled chefs at work, and it added an extra level of trust and excitement to the dining experience. The cleanliness of the cooking area was impeccable, which further reassured me of the restaurant’s high standards. Overall, Thai Express delivered delicious food and a memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!

I got baby cockroaches running around the tray and napkins as I got my order from Thai Express at Erin Mills shopping centre. The staff refunded me, of course, but beware of potential food poisoning risks. Whatever the origin of the pests, this issue shouldn't be there in the first place. Even though the issue will most probably be tackled by management, I won't buy from them ever again. I need to share it to warn anyone who'd read this review. Update: after providing the data to the management team to deal with the quality concern, I was offered a $50 gift card for exchange for a better rating. I'm sorry, that's not how it works. I can't write that those $50 indeed made roaches go away. My review stays honest and reflects my true experience.

With so few options in EMTC food court, this is one of the favourites when we are here. The cashier changes now and then, but the "chef" is almost a constant at this location. One can now order to vegan a meal. Earlier, all you had to do was tell them to use a veggie sauce and not to add eggs. Glad Thai Express is acknowledging vegans. Ordered a Tofu Pad Thai with vegan options and with no or little oil. This no oil option cuts the fat content of your choice significantly and I believe does not compromise on the taste as much. The noodles cooked perfectly and the sauce plenty. The Tofu pieces are not consistent as with other locations, some offer pan fried, this location gives deep fried which I don't prefer, but it's OK. The taste was amazing, although I would prefer to be a bit less sweet and perhaps a little sodium in it. The noodles came piping hot which is perfect for me.
