Currently standing front of the joint. Its 3pm on a saturday and the doors are locked. They haven't been open once when I come. Been like this since I moved here in october. I'm going to Thai express, the one in this plaza is wonderful if you need an alternative to this train reck of a restaurant.

The portion of the meat when you order chicken or steak teriyaki is extremely small. Almost to the point where it is unexceptable. The sauce on the counter looks like it has been in the bottle for who knows how long. The tip of the container was all crusted and appeared to not have been cleaned in some time. The staff would constantly speak in there own language (mandarin or Chinese) and completely disregard the costumer. I find that to be very rude especially when you are trying to get the employees attention. All in all - avoid this place as there are many other restaurants nearby.

Very dirty! Almost make you wonder how dirty the food prep areas are! Floors and counter tops look like they have not been washed in days maybe weeks. My table had left over noodles under it that were all dried out. Love terriyaki experience hate this location. The franchise should look into this location because its hurting the image of other locations!!!

I been to Teriyaki all over the place. This is probably the worst one I been to. I love the Teriyaki brand, but the cook at this place didn't clean any part of the store, including the cooking surface. the portions are normal but cooked poorly. The over all dirtiness of the place really got me worried. Maybe because it was after 5pm, or some other reason. But I would never go to this particular Teriyaki ever.

Meal portions were hefty when first opened, but have dwindled over time. Common vegetables have been substituted with cheaper ones. Severe cross-contamination between chicken, pork, salmon. Knife and spatula to prepare beef is the same used to prepare raw chicken. Really liked it at first, but always wondered why I was getting cramps afterwards.

The chef didn't clean the cook top, and cook a beef and veggie with much burned dirt, I asked him why the food with so many dirt, he said it is normal. I was speechless and quietly put my food in the garbage bin and left.

The worst teriyaki experience ever! 90% rice, undercooked meat, hardly any vegetables and no mushrooms even when you ask. The guy making your food is acting like he's doing you huge favor when there are like 5 other restaurants in the same plaza.
