I got some takeout today with my husband. At the 6990 Financial Dr Building G, Mississauga, ON L5N 8J4 address. The food was disgusting. The beef was staile the noodles were not cooked entirely, the sauce was watery(defiantly not teriyaki sauce), the sesame seeds were black and hard to chew. I would not recommend this place. Everything is probably old. MOST disgusting Teriyaki place I've ever had.

Meal was extremely disappointing. I have been eating at different Teriyaki Experience restaurants for over 15 years and I am used to getting quality food but this fell short on all levels. Restaurant barely put any chicken in the serving, sauce was very light and meal seemed rushed. Looked like management was more focused on cost saving measures than serving a quality product. This is the first time ordering from this location. I will most definitely never return. Save your money and disappointment and order elsewhere!

I had already placed my order before I noticed how dirty and greasy the place was (it was off putting). The single employee was overwhelmed by the amount of orders coming in. While trying to make the orders she was also caring for a baby in the kitchen. The food was an absolute disappointment as it lack flavour and a number of the vegetables were well passed a state of freshness. It was my first experience with this restaurant and definitely will be my last.

Ordered brown rice and beef. No vegetables. There was a very long hair in my food. Which means it was in the rice cooker. Absolutely disgusting. Heartland location is much better.

Been coming here for years. And it looks like there are new owners. The restaurant does not look clean. Looks like in order to cut down on costs they have eliminated allot of the things that they used to provide. They have also taped off the area where you used to be able to see them cook your food. Now you cant. The veggies were undercooked and the meat looked burnt. Ordered pineapple chicken and there was literally 4 tiny pieces of pineapple on the dish. It's sad that the old owners have left they looked like they knew the business. The price is the same but the service has seriously gone down.

Went to eat just now. It is definitely not the same. If you see a Chinese girl serving on Saturday, just turn around and walk away. Beef and chicken was super dry and they were super cheap on vegetables. I counted 2x 1/4 of a broccoli. Service was poor, staff were rude as hell. When I go on a weekday the guy staff portion and taste is a bit better. What honestly bothers me is the fact that since the new owner bought this place and changed all the staff, the food quality and service has no consistency. Will no longer come here. Thai express is just next the corner.

Wow. I didn't realize how overpriced teriyaki is. Please don’t eat here it’s disgusting. Photos below. Teriyaki in general is great but this franchise must not follow any franchise rules. Unless Teriyaki is really going down hill. I went today January 24, 2019.
