My friends and I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night for a get-together, and the experience left us with mixed feelings. One notable downside is the $10 non-refundable fee per person for the live music performance, which I’ve rarely seen at other Persian restaurants. On top of that, the restaurant charges an 18% service fee for groups larger than five. While our waiter was friendly and professional, he was stretched too thin, attending to multiple tables, which made the service feel inadequate for the additional charge. The food was average but didn’t meet expectations. For example, the Koobideh Kebab was excessively oily, leaving an unpleasant fatty aftertaste. I ordered the lamb neck, which was decent but far from exceptional, especially considering the $32 price. On a positive note, the food presentation and utensils were well done. However, given the higher prices, the quality and portion sizes fell short compared to other Persian restaurants. While the live music added to the atmosphere, the restaurant seems more focused on generating revenue than delivering a memorable dining experience. If you’re seeking better value and quality without extra fees, I recommend exploring other Persian restaurants in the area.

Great place for large groups and parties, with amazing service. They have dj/live music on some nights as well. We ordered a variety of kebabs and they were all good. However, the Nardooni Stew was by far the best. The portions are huge so I recommend sharing.

The food was good but the service was top. I came here to celebrate a birthday with 6 people in total and the two male servers gave us a taste of persian hospitality. So warm and generous. Made a big impression on us. Was my first time trying the pomengranate soup and some persian foods. Was very tasty

I’ve been here twice now, first time dinner and lunch today. The skewers are so delicious!! The quantity is large, too. I love the music and the decor. The dishes look nice and are all matching! I appreciate the attention to detail. Our server Linda is great, too.

Finally, a great Persian restaurant in Toronto! We ordered the maze plate, loghme, mahiche, and barg, and everything was delicious. Portions were generous, too. The service could be improved, but considering they just opened, it was pretty good overall. Hopefully, they can keep up the quality over time. Highly recommended!

Tehranto is a new Persian restaurant that has a good space for gatherings and parties. It's renovated and very clean. My friend and I went there two weeks ago and tried two different kebabs, soup, and appetizers, which were very tasty. They only thing that needed some improvements was the rice that they use. They could have used better quality rice, but the food was still delicious. I'll probably go there again with my family.

Tehranto is a new Persian restaurant, and I’m happy to have checked it out. The food is good, though there’s still some work to be done to reach its full potential, which is understandable for a new establishment. One thing I’d recommend is reconsidering the mandatory gratuity (Tip)—it could turn off some customers at this stage. That said, the experience was made much better thanks to Aynaz, our server. She was kind, attentive, and really helped make the evening enjoyable. I’m giving five stars because I believe in supporting new restaurants, and I see a lot of potential here. Looking forward to seeing how Tehranto grows!

We ordered the veal kebab and the lamb neck plus wine, of course. The rice with the neck had fava beans and egg. Absolutely delicious! Portions were quite generous (we had to ask for containers to bring home). Both meals came with barley soup. Decorative plates and utensils. Spacious and clean restaurant. I gave 4 stars to the service just because the server was new. But I have no doubt he’ll become a pro. The great attitude and friendliness definitely present. Highly recommended and would definitely go back to try other dishes
