Ok... So this is an odd review. This little hot dog stand in downtown Toronto is open 24x7. The guy manning this thing didn't even say a word. Just stared. I ordered and he went to work. At the end he handed me the dog and didn't even ask for money. So I paid and got change. Not a single word or thank you. The dog itself was ok. I've had way better on the streets of any other metropolis. And the vibe was zilch. Nothing going on here. So I scored it 2 or 3 on all fronts of food, service and atmosphere. But I gave it a 5...lol. There are those iconic spots that are worth the mediocre experience just because and this is definitely one of those. And wherelse are you going to get fed at 3 AM? 5 x 🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭

Can’t go wrong with this Street Meat stand as long as you understand what you’re purchasing. Don’t expect a gourmet steak here but for a quick cheap hotdog or sausage you’re at the right place 👍🏼

Everytime I come up from buffalo I make it a point to stop here. Does anyone know where I can get these hotdogs so I can bring them home with me. They are soo good

ordered the all beef hotdog ($5) and spicy italian sausage ($6), got us filled 😋 only thing we wished was that our buns were more toasted but otherwise a decent dog for a decent price ! might be the only stand i'll be going to from now on :')

I have been coming to this stand for over 17 years. It is by far the best sausage/hot dog stand in all of Toronto. I've lived here my whole life and this is the best street meat. Its right by the Rogers Stadium and you can even take these Sausages or Hot Dogs into the Baseball games, no need to pay and arm and a leg at the concession stand inside the Stadium

I work in the area and this is the only cart I go to. There's plenty of other carts to choose from but Ted's has the best quality meats and toppings...by far! It's usually the same guy that's serving and he's friendly and keeps the cart clean which is also important to me. This place is a must, especially in the summer before/after a Jays game!

Best quality to price ratio for a spicy Italian sausage in the downtown core. 3.50 for Italian sausage. I highly recommend it...especially as an appetizer after a concert or a game while youre deciding where to eat with a group that cant make up their mind. Have i had italian sausage that was slightly better before? Sure, but it costs closer to $4.50 or $5 in other places. Have i found better prices for an Italian sausage? Yes, but it's not nearly as delicious. Also sauerkraut is good.
