Visited with friends and we ordered several dishes, each one better than the last. The oxtail was incredibly tender and packed with flavor. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in a sweet sauce with just the right amount of spice. The grilled shrimp was cooked to perfection, complemented by a delicious sauce that added even more depth to the dish. The jerk chicken had a fantastic smoky flavor that really stood out, while the plantains were sweet with perfectly crispy edges. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu—each dish was a hit! Even the cocktails were top-notch. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving authentic Jamaican cuisine!

We waited two years to come here and it was well worth the wait! We will definitely be returning. It was as phenomenal as the initial sampling at a large private school Christmas market. Everything was perfect and authentically Jamaican. The jerk and fry chicken, shrimp, rice and beans and slaw were delicious. It was so hard to decide on what to order because we knew that it would all be incredible. Would love to see a sampler share platter to make it easier! The service, the ambiance, the food and the location - it is actually a plus, too! Definitely a new fave!

I ordered a large jerk pork, rice and salad. I also ordered a large jerk chicken with the same sides. Sorry I don’t have a photo of my plate because I boxed off the food once I got home. The same experience I received from this plate of food was exactly like when I was in Jamaica. This food was amazing. The rice was so soft and good, the jerk pork was 5.5/10 on a spice level but on the seasoning, char coming off the pork and size, was perfect, 10/10. I wasn’t sure if I had enough pork to ratio with the rice but it was enough for a large. Same thing with the jerk chicken, 5.5/10 on spice but the seasoning, taste and presentation was 10/10. The ratio with jerk chicken to rice was perfect because the pieces are big. Both plates were made with love. For anyone who is looking for an experience like being on a resort in Montego Bay, stop by here. I was always scared to try Jamaican cuisines in Canada because I thought it wouldn’t reach the same experience level as you would get in Jamaica or your family making this food at cook outs. Lastly if you can take anything from my review, this place is full of vibes, great food, great service, amazing music upon entering and I had to call the restaurant to give them their flowers about the amazing food. I cannot wait to come back here again in the summer to catch a swim and end my evening with a red stripe in one hand while eating some jerk chicken.

Dropped by for a take out order for four. We ordered the fried chicken dinner, jerk chicken dinner and jerk chicken pasta. Everything was really excellent, flavourful and well cooked. Rice and peas were delicious, and well seasoned. Chicken was very tender and had a strong smoked flavour. Would definitely come back and eat outside with a cute view of simcoe. Just note the wait for your food may be long, so plan accordingly.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating a cozy environment that’s perfect for a relaxed meal. The food was absolutely delicious, with each dish thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely!

Just came back from taste of the grill. We had oxtail dinner and a side of jerk chicken , omg BOMB , the flavours were on point. The jerk , oouuu that charcoal taste just delishhhhh!!! The perfect spice too - all around yum! It’s a vibe….. I will be back! I give it a 5⭐️ plus!!! From a local food business chef- chefs kiss 😘 Great food!

This place was amazing. Bright cheerful and the food was awesome. Fresh and perfectly seasoned. Stew chicken was my dish and I would have licked the plate if I could lol. So friendly:). Totally recommend
