Fire the service is terrible. Nearly took 20 mins to task the order and morn than 40 mins to get the order. For a restaurant of nearly 100 seater only 2 are serving. Thy are the same folks supporting billing, taking orders so totally 2 folks. I think these might be also the one cooking considering the time it takes to get the order. The owner must looting and the customer time and money and staff’s effort by serious understaffing the place. Coming to the quality, ordered thali and received 2 Chana’s as gravy. Peas and Chana and one spoon quality of vegetables only 1. But the menu stays veggies. Not even a kootu and poriyal. Requested less spicy food but food was spicy. For meals ran out of side dish and had to eat plain rice.

Top notch tamil cuisine. Top notch biriyani. I've tried many dishes here and all have been homeruns. This place is up there with Anjappar for quality and service. Their food has more "homemade" aura to it. I've found their masalas and soups to be similar to how a tamil nadu household would make it. Their biriyanis are first class. Well seasoned, just the right amount of fats, and generios quantities of proteins. Highly recommend their hyderabad biriyani. Their biriyanis are better than biriyanis made at specialty biriyani places. Their dosa is as good as Annalakshmis and Annapurnas. Their masala fry's have depth of flavour. Their mutton bone soup was perfect, just as would be made in a tamil hosuehold with a pressure cooker. The restaurant is extremely well-decorated with Tamil Nadu culture themed artwork. The place is always tidy, the furnishings are new, and the staff are professional and effective. This is a great place to take guests in the city to show them something new or to introduce them to Indian tamil /south Indian cuisine.

Authentic south Indian taste with decent pricing and great service. Dosa was huge however the filling inside was less. Apart from this everything was perfect. If the restaurant is reading this review, please increase the quality of masala in the dosa rest is perfect

Overall the quantity was good for the cost. 1. The Mutton biryani was as good as it could be. 2. Mutton bone soup is a must-try for its generous quantity and delicious taste. 3. Curry Leaf Chicken is infused with authentic curry masala flavour. Chocolate dosa topped with white chocolate. 5. Idli (hard to eat) sambhar (tasted well)

Pro- Ambience is great with portraits of South Indian personalities on their walls. delicious food with veg-non veg options. Reasonable price with very good quantity. Very good service and surprisingly they refuse to take any tips! Cons- No complain about food and mail floor but their washrooms in the basement and in dirty condition - today papers on floor and even unclean urinals- they should pay some attention to this also.

This is like 5th or 6th time, we are visiting the restaurant. Best South Indian food that we have in Canada so far. Loved the fast service, smiling servers and the FOOD!!!!!

As a regular customer, I was particularly disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered the Naatukozhi chicken Briyani, which was served with two chicken neck pieces—something that was not mentioned on the menu. When I expressed my concerns, the owner refused to meet with me and sent a waiter to handle the issue instead. The owner claimed that this is how chicken Briyani is served everywhere, which is simply not true. The combination of poor food quality and unprofessional customer service has made me rethink my loyalty to this place. I won’t be coming back.
