Taste of Amritsar

I’d love to share a picture, but my hunger said, "Pics later, parathas now!" Easily the best stuffed parathas in the GTA, perfect filling, great taste, and bursting with flavor. Ordered the mix paratha and aloo paratha, and let’s just say they vanished faster than I could think of taking a photo!

I’m from Amritsar and visit more then 6 countries but can’t find authentic Amritsari kulcha . When I order from them they deliver the same quality and taste as the original. Highly recommended.

I was really looking forward to trying this place, but my visit was completely ruined by the owner’s terrible attitude. They were condescending and showed zero respect for their customers. Instead of addressing issues politely, they were argumentative and made us feel unwelcome. The food wasn’t worth the stress of dealing with such rude service. A restaurant is more than just food—customer service matters, and this owner clearly doesn’t care. I won’t be recommending this place to anyone.”

I ordered chana puri and aloo Amritsari Kulcha. The order was served in 30 minutes which is ideal. The kulcha was yummy but very thick. I think kulcha can be served with some butter and made thin. The Chana were a bit spicy. The puri was very soft but Chana were very different than what is usually served. Overall, price is very affordable and food was 6/10.

Masala chai is fresh and hot, made on the spot. (Nice size cup of tea, standard coffee cup) Aloo Paneer Kulcha is crispy and is made fresh to order. Very tasty (also comes with 2 sides: chickpea side and onion side) The cook is very friendly Thank you for a wonderful lunch

I tried kulcha for the first time in Canada and it was very fulfilling,must try aaloo paneer kulcha with chole and a decent imli pyaaz mix which blends good!

Best kulcha’s i have ever had in my life, so crunchy and very nice filling. We tried Aloo kulcha, gobi and mixed kulcha. My favourite one was Aloo kulcha. Best part is the crunch stays same for next an hour if you ask not to put butter on inplace of put when you are start having it. Other items also great rajmaa chawal and kadi chawal everything was yummy.
