I enjoyed my first visit to Tap & Pour and will visit again. Prices are reasonable, drink prices also. The service was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed. A nice breakfast before my flight.

Avoid at all costs. Not enough staff, the staff that are there are useless, , for the minority of folks with gluten issues there are no gluten free options ( like NONE ) and the drinks are over priced- especially 9oz vs 6oz glasses of wine.

I don't feel good saying this but people have to know. If you're between flights or on any kind of schedule, don't go to this place. You might be there an hour before they even come over, and they'll make it seem like it's your fault for some reason.

Sheikh was such a gentleman and so helpful. I felt like I was at a high end restaurant not a pub in an airport. We were very stressed after delayed flights and he was a breath of fresh air.

Avoid at all costs - very poor management . Ripped off for $38 for two coffees with baileys. Waiter said ‘we have limited food items today’ so we went in expecting to get at least toast. Nothing was available. No food, no menu or mention of no food until we asked about it further . Slimey slimey operation , trying to help others avoid the trap.

First off, we had to ask our server for glasses of water. He didn't offer us drinks initially when we sat down. Then when he brought them to us, it was disgusting. You know that freezer burn flavour that ice sometimes has when it's been sitting in the freezer too long? It tasted like that. I couldn't drink it. I ordered a burger and it tasted like the frozen ones from a box you buy at the store and cook yourself. Mushy. Flavourless. On top of that, I ordered a caesar salad instead of fries and nowhere on the menu did it say that it would cost extra to substitute salad for fries. Server was incompetent, and we waited almost half an hour for our bill after he initially told us he would bring our bill. I didn't tip and he acted shocked. The place wasn't even busy. Prices are absolutely ridiculous for the quality of food and service at this restaurant. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. Waited 15 minutes in a dead restaurant before my server even acknowledged me because she was too talking to another server and folding napkins. When she finally came over she had a bunch of excuses and when I said something she rolled her eyes and took me order. Then stood at the bar bitching about me in plain sight. Never once asked me how my meal was and walked by me about 8 times. When she came to get my plate and give me my bill she was chewing gum or a candy and was completely rude. She had a completely entitled attitude and thought she was better than everyone. Honey with service like that the only thing you're entitled to is a pink slip. I spent my entire meal watching all the staff and this place needs to go through customer service training. Out of the 6 servers on only 2 and the bartender were earning their paychecks and tips.
