We came in without expectations but boy were we surprised by the quality and flavour of the food as with the portion size. The service was super fast with the food arriving at out table hot and the fries crisp. Highly recommended.

First of all, I want to tell the owner, please either change your staff or supervise the work yourself. Then if you continue like this, your business will fail. This is the third time I have ordered, each time there are other problems. Even though I ordered before 30-35 minutes, we still come and wait. They oversalt. Today is just awful. The bread is sweaty and doughy. Don't say that it happened on the way because the distance between restaurant and our house is 5 minutes. and my husband came and picked it up himself. It is impossible to eat. And how can we throw it away?! I want to say that we order from many Turkish restaurants, and it is the one who treats their work and the client so inattentively and unprofessionally that does not last long. It is a pity!

Poor customer service: I called them to ask if they could bring the pick up order outside as my 2 year old son had slept, I couldn’t bring him in to pick up the order and they refused to do that. I think it’s just a basic courtesy and empathy that they lacked. I was so disappointed and actually couldn’t believe it. I have been a loyal customer for a couple of months but today they lost that.

Honestly the chicken itself was pretty good, its juicy and nicely seared! However, the portion of the chicken was actually abysmal. I ordered a chicken platter and was excited when they carved a hefty portion off the spit, but they only added not even half of what they carved. The layer of chicken was so thin that it barely even covered the rice section. The pita they include in the dinner was great, and it was cooked on the spot, which is not something you normally see. This place has a lot of potential but they need to fix the portion of chicken especially if you’re paying almost $20 for a dinner.
