Taco Bell

Been coming to this location since it opened. Great tasting tacos, very clean and well-maintained inside. Polite staff. Hard to get much better, though i would like slightly larger portion sizes.

I visited taco bell at college street on a Saturday night, even though the store was extremely busy I got my order on time and fresh. The service was amazing the person at the counter helped me find the best Vegetarian options and the recommendations were good!! Definitely visiting again soon!! Highly recommended!!

I'm kind of surprised the reviews are so bad? I've eaten here a few times now and haven't really had any major problems. It's fast food so I don't have super high expectations but honestly it's been fairly solid other than the value burrito being kind of tiny once.

I ordered a vegetarian meal from here through door Dash. Unfortunately both items came with meat as well as one of the items having a long black hair in it. I understand that this is fast food but there is something to be said when. We're not following basic health and safety standards.

I'm more disappointed in myself than I am in thisTaco Bell. I had a hangering for Mexican but it's Friday and it's late. I don't want tequila or require a vibe, I just want a crunchy chorizo taco and fresh ceviche. But alas, life it woe. I would either starve, drink a lonely margarita, or risk it all. I saw the reviews so I knew I might have a date with the toilet tonight. Or get arrested? I was kinda stoked for the tea. But it ended up being pretty chill, quiet, smooth sailing and extremely mediocre food. I got the build-your-own box with a chicken crushwrap supreme, a beef taco, and the chips & cheese. Cheap, $11. I paid an extra dollar to switch the soggywrap to chicken and it really wasn't worth it. The beef was surprisingly good though. Much more flavourful. Cheese also pretty tasty, tastes similar to queso. Chips crispy. Service was lovely, they actually came over when I was waiting to ask a question and were super polite. Tomatoes lacking. So, surprisingly not bad? Welcome to the hood!

Unbelievable Experience - Manager Calls Police on Driver for No Reason! Rating: 1/5 stars Date: August 4th, 2024 Time: 10:19 pm I'm still trying to process the shocking experience I had with the store manager at Taco Bell on August 4th, 2024, at 10:19 pm. As a delivery driver, I've never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a manager. When I arrived to pick up an order, the manager was rude and dismissive. Despite my attempts to remain calm and professional, the manager escalated the situation and called the police on me for no reason! I was stunned and humiliated as I waited for the police to arrive. The manager's actions were completely unjustified and showed a blatant disregard for my rights as a driver. I've attached pictures of the manager, who seemed to take pleasure in causing unnecessary drama. I hope Taco Bell takes immediate action to address this manager's behavior and provides better training on customer service and conflict resolution. Here are some suggestions for improvement: - Provide better training for staff, especially management, on customer service and professionalism - Emphasize the importance of treating delivery drivers with respect and appreciation - Take disciplinary action against staff members who exhibit unprofessional behavior - Review and revise protocols for calling law enforcement to prevent abuse I hope this review brings attention to the unacceptable behavior of this manager. I'll be exploring other delivery options until Taco Bell takes concrete steps to address this incident. Attached: Pictures of the manager

Honestly, i've been soooooooo excited to try this taco bell out for months. They are finally open so I went in, I CLEARLY paid almost double for extra everything and they just gave me a ton of sour cream and hardly anything else. It's actually incredibly appalling and this is after I nicely asked them to remake it because I witnessed the employee drop a couple of the fries and put it right back onto the supreme. I recommend just going to a different location.
