4.4/5 I don’t know how this place has 4.8 stars. I mean, service was pleasant and fast. The food court is amazing. But the food was regular good Taco Bell quality (for fast food). Maybe better than a suburb drive thru. Service was really nice. I would go back if I was nearby. It’s at the end of the food court under Union in the Path.

Huge difference between picture and actual food. 7 Layer Burrito made with thick white flour under cooked wrap and 7 spoons of stuff. After a bite, threw in the garbage and bought food from another outlet.

I recently purchased a combo to go order. The cashier was polite and nice, but told me the soda machine was completely out on all drinks. I had said okay, I would like a refund then on the drink. She said she couldn't do it and kept suggesting I take a water, juice or milk. I said no, I just want the refund for my drink. And asked to get her manager then to get the refund. He was trying to suggest the same thing. I said no. Then, finally refunded my full order then just charge the individual items, which was fine. But considering it was only 0640pm and they close late. I did tell them you should put a sign on the kisok to let people know. Because you will run into the same problem over and over. Never had an issue with the food service here before. But I will say they need to be a little more prepare when there entire drink machine is down to let customer know ahead. I would recommend people to still stop by for orders as there staff is polite and fast service is quick.

Great quesadillas and fast service. The guacamole was good, didn't taste like it was made long before. Fries at this outlet are always exceptionally good compared to other outlets.

Food is prep on a dirty surface and garbage bags. Staff grabbing money with there hands then touching food. One guy even was vrooming around food on ground then proceed to make food without washing his hands

Great Taco Bell & good location. Service was also excellent. Paul served me & helped me as the other server was misunderstanding my order. He was professional, personable & informative. Great job Paul. Thank you! I’ll be back soon

Good location and conviently located in Union station food court. I've eaten at this location a few times now and portions are good and food is prepared well.
