Szechuan Noodle Bowl is truly a hidden gem. The fact that they’re not world-famous feels like an oversight! Before COVID, their hand-cut noodle bowls were unbeatable in price and portion, and even now, the prices remain incredibly reasonable for the quality and quantity you get. On a cold winter day, this is the perfect spot to warm up with a steaming bowl of Szechuan noodle soup—it’s comfort food at its finest, warming both the stomach and the soul. The duck plate is also tasty, though it leans on the pricier side for the portion. If you want the best value, stick with the classic noodle bowls—they never disappoint!

I had the spicy hand made beef noodle soup. And it’s one of the best things I’ve eaten! I’m a spice wimp, so it was a bit too spicy for me, but totally worth it!

Felt the food wasnt really flavourful - had to ask for additional spice but still was very mild. I have super low tolerance for spice but it was not spicy at all. We enjoyed the wontons and the hand pulled noodles.

I was visiting downtown Hamilton and stopped in here for dinner. I ordered machine chicken noodle bowl and spicy crawfish. This was a delicious meal. I don't normally eat all my food but I did that day. Price was great. You get plenty for the money you paid. I would go back again and highly recommend you eat here. Great service everything tasted fresh.

Usually very good. I’ve been here a million times and it’s always been consistent. Ordered takeout and when I unpacked it at home, it was completely wrong. Ordered the vegetarian fried noodles which is usually amazing; this time it was nothing like usual and covered with egg. I called the restaurant and they offered a 10% discount for the next time we order again. Thanks for taking my money for something I won’t eat. Won’t be coming back.

Good service, beautiful setting, and good food! We got the hand-made beef noodles and house special spicy beef noodles. The price is pretty good and the portions are so big! The noodles were chewy and delicious, and the meat was tender and flavourful. The soup, however, had a pretty mild taste. The spicy soup was also not spicy at all. The soup was a downer but otherwise a good place.

A great place to get Sichuan style food and it never disappoints. When you eat in everything is always fresh and made to order. The portions (especially the noodles) are significant and the cost is very reasonable. The broth is really good. We decided to grab some take out for the first time today, and I was equally impressed with everything when we got home. Everything was amazing and consistent. I have no reservations about grabbing some takeout noodles on my lunch break.
