I had a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to Sonia. She greeted us with a warm smile, was attentive throughout the meal, and made great menu recommendations. Her friendly and professional service made the dining experience enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

I’ve been to this place a few times. While the decor and atmosphere are a bit dated, the food and service are good, with generous portions. I had a Caesar salad followed by the festive sandwich (white meat) with fries, ending with apple pie and ice cream. Glenn, my waiter, was friendly and speedy. The place was not too busy, making it nice and quiet and ensuring good service. A good no-frills place to go to if you are looking for a good feed.

The Fest Chicken, was not fresh and lacked flavor. We also tried the apple pie and chocolate lava cake; while they were passable, they were far from exceptional. Overall, a very underwhelming experience. I won’t be returning to this location—or to Swiss Chalet—again!

We ordered delivery of 2 quarter chicken dinners. The delivery was missing the all important dipping sauce. One chicken breast was large. One was tiny. One salad was full. One was half full. A totally ruined delivery dinner experience. This franchise has no quality and content checks on their delivery service. Do not order delivery from them. Also very expensive by the time they add all the charges.

I went for dine-in with my family as we were craving chicken and ribs. Our waitress was Sonia and she was very sweet and accommodating! She attended to our needs, and always had a smile on her face! The food was delicious and surprisingly very filling. Would definitely dine-in again!
