The foods are overally great. The Roasted Chicken was a bit dry. The service was a bit slow because of waiting for the main dishes to be served were too slow. The staff were nice and friendly. The prices are a bit expensive.

My servers name was Maria and she was sweet and friendly. Food was delicious came out nice and fast. I had the wings and 1/3 rack rib combo with mashed potatoes. Gravy was great! I couldn't decide on dessert so I ordered 2 cheesecake and coconut cream pie. I was not disappointed! The restaurant was fairly quiet considering the amount of tables sat. I will definitely be back.

Swiss chalet is always a great choice for my family. The food is consistent and fresh. My daughter loves the kids menu. The wing dinner is my personal favourite.

The tables in this restaurant are disgusting. I am surprised that this location has not been closed by health. I have been eating at this location for years. We are regular customers and have watched this location try out the salad buffet and then remove. These tables have been revolting since COViD. The world now is very aware of the spread of germs. I can not let any of my utensils touch this table because of the filth. Today I arrived to see that some of the tables have been sanded to its natural colour. This is a huge improvement and allows me to feel that I am eating off a clean table. The CEO of this company needs to be made aware of the uncleanliness of this restaurant.

I ordered loaded preggos and I got over cooked preggos, the bacon was frozen and uncooked and the cheese was not even melted and was cold. My ordered my food through drive tru, the menu was not lit up it looked like they were closed, but they were not. I placed my order and got to the window. No one greeted me, I was ignored for food 5-8 mins. I had to wave the lady down to get her attention and then she came to the window. Once I got my food I drove kid to the parking lot to open the box and eat and I was shocked and mortified! I have had loaded preggos before many times and this didn’t look like “loaded preggos” I was so disgusted! I drove back to the drive thru and I informed the lady at the window of the food. She spoke to someone and came back to the window to say this is how it is suppose to be. We do not cook the bacon, we don’t heat it up or the cheese. I said to her this is disgusting that you are severing cold, frozen bacon, touch it for yourself. And you will see the bacon is cold, frozen and uncooked. I asked for a refund. I told her I have had loaded preggos many times and this is not how it looks like. Also your preggos are overcooked. I don’t recommend anyone to go to this location.

Horrible experience. They served the food cold. We never saw the server. When we asked for a manager she just said there and said nothing. Crappy place would not recommend.

Horrible horrible experience. Worst location ever. 2 out of the last 3 times we got take out, something was missing when we get home and open up the order, and this is despite asking if they included the extra sauce last time. Well yesterday topped that because they didn't even include the french fries from the meal. And when calling them, they ask for a picture as proof and ask to email to them promptly and they would reply. Many hours later, no response so i call them and they tell me their GM would call me today. Crickets. These people are crooks trying rip me off on french fries. They also don't follow through. How pathetic.

I've been to this location numerous times as it's my favorite. Last night I went there and they said they have no dark meat, it ran out. After 20 mins they also mentioned they had no white meat either. I ordered the ribs and they had to remake them because it was raw and cold. I have no clue how a chicken place runs out of chicken? I only gave it 3 stars because the server was amazing (she should be getting paid extra) and this is the first time it ever happened.
