Food is consistent, we come every year for the Christmas special, but coming to this location was our first time and it was so lovely! The lighting was just right not too dim but not like LEDs on my eyes. Our server was a kind young man, soft spoken and patient. The place was clean, shiny the washroom a bit chilly, but we enjoyed the most was the coconut cream pie! They actually had it properly defrosted here so we could actually enjoy it. Would come back in the future.

Swish Chalet was a great choice for our Christmas dinner party with colleagues. The food and service exceeded expectations, making it a memorable evening. I started with the Chicken Wings, which were perfectly seasoned and incredibly tasty. The Chicken Pot Pie was also delicious—though it’s not something I usually go for, I ended up enjoying it a lot. The meal came with a generous portion of crispy fries that complemented the dishes well. My colleagues tried the Pork Steak and couldn’t stop praising how flavorful and well-cooked it was. To top it all off, we enjoyed a refreshing beer, which was the perfect pairing for the meal. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and efficient, which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. Swish Chalet is a great spot for group gatherings, and I’d happily return.

We had a wonderful experience dining with my partner at this location. “Mary Ann” took us to a good spot of table and took our order with a smile and always asked us if we needed something. Great customer service and we felt at home. Our food was delicious and everything was great. Thank you Miss Mary Ann for the warm welcome. Appreciate it a lot.

Whilst in Canada, you must eat typically Canadian.. which took us here. It's been suggested that this is the Canadian version of Australia's Red Rooster and in some ways, that's true. What gives this place the edge is their Swiss Chalet sauce, a creamy cinnamon tasting gravy. Chicken was tasty, although not as tender as I'd have liked. Pierogies though were delicious! Food and drinks served by the lovely Valeriia (thank you!), it's another one ticked off the list.

Food was the best I had at Swiss Chalet in a long time. Amazing service today! Our server was Nica and she was flawless! Over the last 35 years today was one of my most memorable experiences. My family will definitely heading back to this location!

Mary Ann of Keele and Wilson branch was greatest in customer service, she is very courteous. attentive, cheerfull, knowledgeable and resourceful. As always food was delicious. The ambience is cozy and warm. We wil surely come back soonest.
