We had Diane as our server. She was very kind and bubbly. She made sure we had everything we could possibly need, greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome. 😊 she made us feel like family. 👍 this woman deserves a raise 😉

We visited this location with family during holidays and we got a very nice experience. It’s not the first time so always the food is delicious. Our server was Dayana and she was great, she recommended new items in the menu and checked with us if we needed anything else. I recommend this place if you are looking for lunch or dinner. Always a good place to eat or celebrate life!

Diana served us we were a group of 7 and we came in around 8 pm. We got our orders in and the food was hot. We enjoyed our stay for this meal. November 23, 2024. Festive special is always a go to this time of year! I enjoyed it and especially the company we went with!

I recently dined at Swiss Chalet and had a fantastic experience. The food was delicious, as always, with perfectly cooked rotisserie chicken and mouth-watering sides. What made the visit truly exceptional was the outstanding service provided by our server, Diana. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured that all our needs were met promptly. Diana's warm demeanor and professionalism made our meal even more enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting Swiss Chalet and hope you get the chance to be served by Diana!

Me and my partner had dinner at the restaurant and we were served by Diana who was very attentive, knowledgeable and courteous. The food was excellent and we enjoyed the atmosphere and ambiance. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would like to make a special mention about Diana who served us, she exceeded our expectations. She is a credit to the restaurant.

Diana was an excellent host and server! Very personable and friendly. Most of our food was good but the pot pie pastry was hard and seemed like it sat under a lamp for way too long and wasn't very good. Cooks should not cook those ahead of time and leave them to go stale. But all other times we have been at this location the food is excellent! Thank you.

The worst place ever. Never again. chicken skin was not cooked. Not browned as it should be. Called customer service received poor response from Bereck supervisor as I was able to speak directly to the store. I was told that if I wanted the skin cooked they would put it on a grill. Too late as we were home with guests. Told to leave guests to return the chicken
