Had a wonderful dining experience! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with our attentive server (Amy) who made us feel right at home. The food was brought out quickly and was very tasty!

At first I was going to leave a negative review. We sat for a good while with no service when we first came in, no one took our drink orders nothing. The place had maybe four tables sat. But it started to pick up relatively quickly once our waitress came over. Our food was delivered quickly, she was friendly and polite and on the ball. I judged too quickly.

This is a great location. It even beats my experience with a London, ON location! The service was excellent...friendly and professional server with a smile and the understanding of a customer in for lunch. The food was excellent. Swiss Chalet is Swiss Chalet. I know, chicken, ribs and beef. But. I have been to many Swiss Chalets that did not take the time to provide such an excellent experience. Thanks to the owners for having such amazing staff and the investment in their training. I live an hour away, but will be back to your location. Nope, I am not an employee or owner of this location. Read my posts. I typically only post the best experiences. ;)

Had my lunch here with my mother, treated her for lunch and our server, Amy made our lunch very comfortable and everything came out quickly.

Great service, clean restaurant, manager is very hands on and caring, our server Ashley was fantastic and very attentive to detail. Kids are free as well for the promotion. 5 stars all around!

Went here for dinner. Service was good and food was good. They were running low on dark meat and offered to change to white meat free of charge which is nice if you prefer that. We also got a side of Caesar salad for $7 and it was really small and not worth it at all. We wanted both fries and a salad. I suggest you get the salad as your side with your dinner and then order the fries instead. I thought the side of salad would be more. Would not order the Caesar Salad as a stand alone side again. Other than that food was good and hot.

Went there for lunch yesterday (Saturday) because I had a gift card to use and was surprised to find the restaurant mostly empty. Only 2 tables were booked when we entered probably cause it was a little late for lunch around 2.45 pm. We waited for a fair bit to be seated before someone noticed us and showed us the table. We ordered old-fashioned lemonade and the new loaded perogies for starters and Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry and Hearty Vegetable Pot Pie with a side of Sweet Potato Fries for Mains. The perogies were okay, nothing special. But, the chicken Trriyaki stir fry was absolutely delicious. The vegetable pot pie was hearty and really filling as well. We appreciated the old world touch of providing a finger bowl of lemon water to cleanse after meal. Overall a decent experience, though the service could have been better.

Came here for lunch today (Saturday) around 2! Only a third of the restaurant was filled. Customers slowly flowed in and out throughout my time there. I made a visit with my mom because we had a gift card to use! We ordered Shirley Temples, a chicken quesadilla with sweet potato fries, and a third honey garlic ribs that came with coleslaw and a side of my choice – I went with market vegetables. I also ordered a cup size of their chicken noodle soup. Each entrée comes with their signature chicken sauce that tastes weirdly good. The Shirley Temples were OK – just ginger ale, cranberry juice? Topped with a maraschino cherry. It was nothing special and I've definitely had better iterations of this drink literally anywhere else. The chicken quesadilla was filling and we ended up doing takeout for half of it plus the sweet potato fries. It came with a salsa dip, sour cream dip, and Swiss chalet sauce. The 1/3 honey garlic ribs was delicious and just the right size for a lighter lunch. Paired with the Swiss chalet sauce was even better for adding to the flavour. The ribs easily and cleanly fell off the bone, though I wish it had a bit more meat to it! The side of market vegetables were just cauliflower and broccoli boiled in a little salt water. The dish came with the Swiss chalet sauce, a soft, moist and warm dinner roll served with butter on the side, and a small sauce cup of coleslaw. The chicken noodle soup was the perfect size for one person with plenty of shell pasta, shredded chicken, and veggies, and didn't make me feel too full. It was a bit on the salty side but not overpowering. After you finish your meal, they give you a bowl of lemon water to cleanse your fingers with. Wanted to give a shoutout to Yvonne, our server, who elevated our experience, and I really felt by the end of the meal that she deserved a shoutout and recognition! She was very attentive to our needs – she checked in and stayed close by in case we needed anything but didn't do it in such a way where it felt forced or annoying or imposing. She knew we might need a few more napkins so she brought it to our table before we could ask. She knew we might want a takeout box so she brought it over, let us ask the question, and had it right with her to give to us immediately! She helped us process the gift card we had and then made sure to go through the receipts with me since there was still an outstanding balance for me to pay. I really appreciated her attentiveness and warmth! She seems like a well seasoned professional who'd been doing this for years because of how much of a natural she was. She was always smiling and happy to help, and I felt like she stood out among many servers I've seen here and elsewhere, so I hope she gets the recognition she deserves from her team. Anyway, overall I would definitely come back with family and friends because of the experience I had during this visit. Thank you!!
