I have read other reviews here & stunned at some of them & surprised how low the score is. I have never had an issue with this SC or Harvey’s. It is clean, decorated nicely & staff are very friendly. As far as the food goes, I have never had undercooked food or any other issues.

This is our favourite Swiss Chalet location! The staff are friendly, service is great, we have a favourite server and we always have a great experience. We’ll be back.

Order half rack and quarter chicken dinner white, both were so dry and tasted stale. Had to throw both out. Alot of money wasted. Birthday dinner on top of it . Very disappointed

I ordered two white meat dinners and got dark meat which is already bad…but whats worse is the fact that both chicken meals were raw! Seriously what the hell…Disgusting!!!!
