Chicken Soup was too watery. The Chicken Spring Rolls were too dry. Chicken was okay. Ribs in other branch is fantastic, this was horrible. The Fries were burnt and dry.

Had a wonderful boxing day dinner. The food was great and the atmosphere was even better. One stand out was my server Don. He was pleasant, informative and he hustles from table to table to make sure all the orders are correct and everyone has a short wait time. Great experience. Take a bow Don.

Always come here yearly for their festive special & haven’t been in a couple years. First time back & had Maggie as our server. Had such a great experience with her, so friendly, so kind & great service altogether. She was incredibly accommodating. Would definitely be back.

I recently placed a large order of quarter chicken festive meals with fries over the phone for my company’s Christmas lunch from Swiss Chalet, Milner location, and I have to say, it was a seamless experience. I interacted with two members of the management team, Jeff and Arvin, and they made the ordering process a breeze with their excellent customer service, I received a confirmation email right after finalizing the order. When our assigned employee arrived to pick up the food, everything was ready and waiting. The staff were incredibly friendly and handed over the food with a smile. Everything was neatly packaged. Overall, Swiss Chalet at the Milner location nailed it with their pickup service. Our company Christmas lunch was a success. The food was delicious, and the entire process was quick and easy.

We had a party of 8 with a one year old. Don escorted us to a great place for a one year old who needed a high chair. Since it was as far of a walk for him to bring so much food and drinks, he did all with a smile and wonderful attitude. He is easygoing, humorous, accommodating, kind and hard working. We had a fun ongoing conversation through the night. You can tell that Don is a gracious, humble and sincere person. A server can make or break a night and he made ours much more enjoyable. Thank you Don.

Not the food quality I expect when visiting a Swiss Chalet. I'm aware this is not a high end restaurant however the food we were served I would not have fed my own family. The bacon cheeseburger lacked all toppings except the cheese and single strip of bacon (broken into 3 pieces). The perogies had no cajun seasoning, and I was told they no longer offer cajun sour cream for dipping. The perogies were soggy, not what I usually get with a crisp outside and soft middle. The chicken spring rolls lacked flavour and we're burnt and tasted of old oil. Upon checking these items on the Swiss Chalet menu the burger should have included lettuce, tomato, onion and Mayo. The perogies are in fact to be served with cajun seasoning and cajun sour cream. Upon speaking with the manager I advised I didn't want to pay for the perogies of which one bite was taken. The spring rolls were not eaten, neither were the fries that came with the burger. All of which tasted like bad oil. The manager did remove the perogies and provided a 10% discount. After tipping my waiter (who dealt with this all as professionally as possible) I paid $50 for a naked bacon cheeseburger and 2 shirley temples. All the other food was not edible and left behind.

Excellent place for a dine in with family and friends. Lot of seating available and parking available as well. The food served was great as-well as a standard dining experience. I went for the chicken soup which came with crackers . My friends went for the chicken and fries and the combo chicken and ribs deal. Ribs tasted quite well. Chicken was juicy and tender. I would suggest that you ask for the chicken gravy and spicy sauce that went well with the meat and fries respectively. Sean and Jim were a good host for us. Definitely suggesting this place to others. Next tike I would try out their bowl menu.

This is my go-to Swiss Chalet and I come here often with friends and family. Service is great and food is always good and hot. Very consistent and always had an enjoyable experience which is the reason I keep on coming back. One thing, if you are ordering the Garlic Cheese Bread it is a very small portion and I would not order it on its own. I only got it because it was part of a coupon. Still tasty, but just a warning. Also if you come late and it is busy, they will sometimes run out of dark meat, they will offer you the white meat with no extra charge which is nice but depends on your preference. Tip: ask for fresh hot fries, they are so good. I would recommend this Swiss Chalet. Added: I ordered takeout here. This most recent time I ordered extra sides of coleslaw and they weren't filled up all the way. And they both tasted different, so not sure if they were running out but it wasn't as good. Just wish this was more consistent next time.
