Ordered the white meat festive special and the chicken tasted like it was sitting around for hours. Bone dry and hard as a rock. You're always taking a chance when you order Swiss Chalet from one of those joint Harvey's locations. Thirty bucks down the drain.

I ordered the Festive Meal and was not disappointed. It was delicious. I don't usually love stuffing but it was delicious. Tasty chicken, fries and gravy. Lindt chocolates for my son which he appreciated. Thanks again for your service and delicious food!!! Price was right too!!!

7pm on a sunday and they were out of chicken, and saving the inventory for uber eats. They asked me to come back at 9.15 pm. Dirty fingernails and barefeet staff with sandals work there. All the uber people are barefoot too. They ruined this locale. Yonge york mills is still good.

I have been a customer of this location for the past 10 years. The staff are always friendly. The restaurant is always clean. The food is always fresh and delicious. I eat where at least 5 times a month and have never been disappointed. Well done 👏🏻

On Sep 4, 2024, I had ordered a quarter chicken with dark meat and one apple pie via Uber Eats. The food quality was so bad that I would never oder from or visit Swiss Chalet. The delivery was fast but the food was cold. The fries was bad and cold, no kid would eat it. The white bun was hard as rock and no butter came with it. For the apple pie, it was cold and I did not know what sauce they put on it. I had never had an apple pie like that. I would not recommend anyone for Swiss Charlet or at this location. I spent nearly $40 for this order and I could have anything else better.

Had a great time with my friends having my birthday here. Joeys service was amazing, he made us feel like home. Would definitely come back at this location because of their friendly service. Thanks again Joey

I ordered a quarter chicken dinner with white meat and got home to see it was pink throughout, basically raw and dangerous to eat, so I chucked it in the garbage. I ate the fries though so they get a star for that. It's ironic that the staff are masked up for "safety" in July 2022, and then selling raw chicken masquerading as a safe meal.
