Swiss Chalet

The service was absolutely brilliant. Older woman server had a motherly touch. Chicken was a small, maybe a touch expensive. The ambiance was great. The dining room was clean and quiet during the early afternoon. Never gets packed so you can hear a conversation from across the table. The food was coming out of the kitchen quickly, very fresh and hot.

First time here. I don’t play about my food and they played with mine so I’m going to write a review. I’ve worked at Swiss chalet for 2 years so I know how the food suppose to taste. Rice is so mushy , And the chicken is very salty. Purchased a double leg, they gave me one fresh chicken and put it on top and one dry dryyyyy chicken leg and put it at the bottom. Y’all really Killed my appetite ! Def won’t ve visiting again. 3/5

The white meat chicken and gravy still taste as delicious as when I last had it almost 15 years ago. Crispy skin while moist and juicy inside. The ribs were disappointing. Very dry and almost no gravy. The chicken pot pie was delicious as ever.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at Swiss Chalet! From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The menu offered a great variety, but of course, I couldn't resist the signature rotisserie chicken—it was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy, with that mouthwatering Swiss Chalet sauce that ties everything together. The sides were just as fantastic; the fries were crisp, the salad was fresh, and the garlic loaf was pure comfort. The portions were generous, and every bite was packed with flavor. What really stood out was the impeccable service. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, without being intrusive.

Great and friendly staff at this location. Customer service is top notch. I always enjoyed their rotisserie chicken, salad and fries. These were made and cooked fresh. I have been at this location several times and the experience was always pleasant and enjoyable. Will come back for sure.

Really nice and clean Swiss Chalet with lots of booths. Service was excellent. Chicken and fries were hot and delicious. The pizza kids meal was a big hit as well. There was a kids eat free promo which was such a nice surprise. We even got a little bowl with water and lemon to clean our hands which was a great little touch and one that I thought restaurants weren't doing anymore. All in all, had a great time here. Would recommend this location 100%.

The food was very bad The chicken was not cooked well and there were traces of blood inside it indicating that it was not cooked well. My daughter and I could not eat it. Also, there were no spices or salt on the chicken. The potatoes were very bad. I also do not know how potatoes are cooked with the outer skin that contains dirt or anything bad even if they are washed well. There were also black potato fingers, which is evidence that there are parts of the potatoes that are spoiled and are not disposed of. To be classified, the baguette was only very, very good, but it was an experience that made me sad.
