I have been to this location many times in the past, but just recently moved back to the area. It was lovely to see that the restaurant was just as welcoming, clean, and cozy as it had been a few years ago. The best part of the evening was out server, Mai. She was so attentive and helpful with everything throughout the night, despite being so busy. Her memory is fabulous!!! She was so warm amd welcoming and has a great way with customers. Mai definitely provided top-notch service! I got the festive dinner with the half rack of ribs and the food is spectacular like always. It really feels like going home for dinner. I will definitely be back.

What happened swiss? Used to be the place to gather with family. So pricey for what you get. My quarter dinner was cold and looked like someone had picked at it already Very nice service, but very very slow

Our server Sandra was so fantastic. She greeted us with a warm smile was friendly throughout our meal. Sandra did an excellent job ensuring our food and drink order was delivered to us quickly and with great care. We were very fortunate to have such a great server!

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our last visit you Swiss chalet. It's usually a very hectic visit but today it was great -- all due to Angie!! She was so kind, friendly and was clearly experienced. She made the visit seamless for our family with two young kids, two grandparents, and two adults. She was quick and anticipated everything for us. A really great family experience. Thanks, Angie!

Of course they're understaffed on Thanksgiving. This one young waiter wasn't working well with the team so the manager was telling him off in the middle of the restaurant. Awkward to say the least. The waitress was pushy and I could barely take a second to decide if I wanted to upsell for additional sides. Just be aware of how they push you to get a pile of fries for the side to hide the fact their portion sizes are literally robbery. My area literally went silent when everyone saw this "appetizer" come out. Flavor is there but honestly it's better to cook a Thanksgiving feast at the comfort of your own home. This definitely was an interesting experience.

Sandra was our server. The whole Swiss Chalet team is actually very nice. We greeted with big smile. Sandra memorized whole table orders without making any mistakes. She is very friendly. When she asked me to write her a review, I did it right away. This location at O Connor which is next to the cookie factory. I am sure no one will go home empty handed and feel hungry.

I love SC. It's 70 and I'm a decade behind... I've always loved it! It all started at Bellamy and Egilinton with many visits to the original East York location on O'Connor, Don Mills and all over the province when work took me far and wide. My most recent visit was very, very pleasant with Sandra as our server. The rib sandwich was really good and those fries... well you know!!

This place is always a great choice for having a meal with the family. My family and I have a holiday tradition of going here for the festive feast. This location has the largest portions we found, and their service is great. Glad to see the prices are still reasonable in this economy too. We had a great time during our most recent occurrence of our annual tradition this past week. I highly recommend this location for enjoying Swiss Chalet.
