I usually order take out online. By the time I arrive at the counter, it's either waiting for me or just about ready. The staff who put my meals together recently, did a great job of presentation. Food was good and the staff were very polite.

Pei pei was the best. She was quick and efficient and honestly that’s all I wanted. It was late when we came in and she got us everything we needed and anticipated everything without us barely saying anything.

Seble was a warm, friendly server and attend my table graciously. Our meals were served quickly. I would recommend the festive special. This location has plenty of parking and is a great option to meet with friends and family. The music is at a reasonable volume to allow good conversations. Great experience overall!

Pei Pei was amazing!! I watched her juggle the entire restaurant by herself, and she still managed to check in with us multiple times to ensure our experience was great. Ive had her serve me on multiple occasions. I always love coming back to this location even though it’s out of the way. Pei Pei has been amazing each to me each time I come to visit. She deserves a raise!!!

Online ordering was easy. And walks you through each step. Takes about hour to get through delivery. Portions seem smaller then the past. But the price went up. Like most places, I get it. Just add some more fries then, they probably cost pennies to make. Foods delicious, and is gone in like 10 minutes.

Good Canadian comfort food. There's something magical about Swiss Chalet that is nostalgic. Went at 845pm and was seated. Food came quickly and portions here are larger than that I'm use to. The chicken was too salty today but still palatable. The sauce reduced from sitting in the warmer all day, so it was thick and deep flavor. Despite it being end of day food, the chicken was not too dry Fries were abundant with crispy exterior and a sweet, soft centre. I prefer regular fries over the seasoned fries as the seasoning takes away the potato aroma. The server was great. Friendly, attentive and had a calm happiness that a long days work could not affect.
