Had a wonderful time and meal with my wife and mom. Our server Eulen did a great job at serving us very quickly and efficiently. She made us laugh and made sure we had a great experience! Kudos to her!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👏🏾

We were given dirty cups and utensils. I asked for a new drink and cup, got another dirty cup. Disgusting!! My mother’s 7UP tasted horrible. The thing is, it wasn’t even busy! Yet they can’t keep this place clean or items people EAT and DRINK out of clean, and service was way too slow. The food portions when compared to other Swiss chalet locations, were super super cheap! Not worth what you pay. One of us also ordered a loaded potato. That loaded potato was definitely not loaded. It had 1 small piece of bacon, no onions, a small pinch of cheese (barely any). I felt super disgusted eating here!! My table was also sticky.

Jinan was our server. She is super friendly, attentive and makes you feel at home. Food is always delicious. My mom and I got the quarter chicken dinner. Ive been coming to this location for more than 20 years. Love the atmosphere and the ladies always make you feel welcomed and cared for. Will always come back.

Our Waitress was Jinan. She's pleasant. We were Greeted first by a hostess who seated us then told us that Jinan would come. I was surprised that after ordering the food came out quick! The restaurant is clean and is a great little spot for the family. So pleased with the service and consistency of friendliness.

First of all I want to say that the service here was exceptional. Eulen and Jinan they are both lovely women first and second lovely waitress’s. They are high spirited and full of vibes. I would love to have to always have them as my waiters anytime I am back. Honestly really good employees and I can see they put their hearts into it. Really lovely place too :)

Excellent food and service as always! Our server Diane was very attentive and friendly. She remembered us and our son’s favourite drink - Shirley temple with extra cherries! Food was exactly as ordered and generously served. We will be back again very soon!

We had a great experience! Went around 5pm today and the food was hot and fresh. Our host Armie was very kind and attentive! She told us about the specials to make sure we got the best value and always checked in to make sure we were doing well. We will definitely be coming back! I forgot to picture it but the cheesy garlic loaf was just delicious as I remembered it being.
