Thank you so so much to the amazing team here! We came as a large group of 36 and they were so helpful throughout the whole process. They responded super quickly and professionally with all messages and they were super flexible. The waiter was incredibly friendly and was so attentive to everyone. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for good food, great service, and fair prices.

I visit Swiss Chalet Sept 2024, and very much enjoyed the two can dine for $19. This included two quarter chicken meals which tasted delicious, though the portions felt small. We also tried the Spring Rolls. They are 90% chicken, filled to the brim with flavour and have a very crunchy exterior. The plum sauce they come with is absolutely delicious I would definitely recommend it. We finished off the meal by splitting the ice cream on a brownie. It was extremely rich, and despite our best efforts we could not finish it. It was delicious and I would recommend it.

Going here is always a joy, especially when we have Sinclair serving my family and me. Sinclair is bubbly and full of energy and consistently provides excellent service and professionalism. We always leave with a smile, thanks to Sinclair’s warm and attentive care. I highly recommend them for their food and their service. Please ask for Sinclair! 😁👍

Still one of my favourite places to dine after all these years. Usually under $50 for two people, the rotisserie chicken is always the best, and the Glendale location doesn’t charge you for extra Chalet sauce (which I practically drink). Cheap caesars too. I always have to be served by Diane when I go - she’s the absolute best and we love her.

Great atmosphere at this clean and well maintained Swiss Chalet. Ordered two kids meals and chicken wings. The food was what to be expected and our server, Naomi, was attentive and helpful in making sure my kids and I had a nice meal. The kids felt happy and taken care of with their meals and food choices. Great interaction with staff. Located near Brock University and easily accessible off HWY 406. Definitely a solid choice for food in the Niagara Region.

I get the impression that Canadian folks compare Swiss Chalet to the likes of Denny's or other similar chain restaurants. They seem to imply that the food isn't that great. But as a U.S. citizen with my first visit to Swiss Chalet recently, I'm here to tell you that Swiss Chalet is far above Denny's. I don't understand the ratings that I'm reading, and maybe it's just because Canada is so much better than the States in many ways, that Canadians are spoiled. ;-) Seriously, I'm impressed with Swiss Chalet and highly enjoyed the food and service my wife and I received there. We started with the garlic rolls... you had me right there. I could have just hammered through a few orders of these and would have been totally satisfied. But instead we each ordered one of the festive meals. My wife ordered the Festive Special (with the quarter chicken) while I ordered the Festive Hot Chicken Special (open-face chicken sandwich with gravy). There wasn't much talking going on, since we were too busy stuffing ourselves with delicious food. The service was outstanding. There were 3 people that checked on us, topped off our coffee, and just enjoyed friendly conversation with them. We mentioned that it was my first-ever visit to Swiss Chalet and that my wife had been raving about it since her first visit a few years ago with family from Buffalo, New York. So thank you to Swiss Chalet for making my first trip a very enjoyable one. I actually live in Oregon, so I'm hoping to make my way up to BC sometime in the future and you can bet Swiss Chalet will be one of the very first stops. Love it!
