Always order from this Swiss Chalet and food and service is always consistent. I do have to say that the food tastes good in general, but the taste is 5x better when you dine-in, especially since you eat it right when it’s hot. We got the chicken and third rack ribs, quarter chicken dinner with coleslaw, side of seasoned fries, 10 bbq wings, chicken broccoli & cheddar soup, and a shirley temple. Everything was cooked perfectly and super juicy and delicious!! We used to always get the chicken, but their other dishes are equally as good! Their chicken tenders and chicken pot pie are also amazing. Prices for drinks and desserts are super affordable as well. They have bottomless drinks which makes it even more worth getting! Plenty of seating that’s perfect for families big and small. Service is always great at this location as well. Highly recommend!

I had a great time at Swiss Chalet! Our server name was Hwa, she was very enthusiastic, happy, and had excellent service! She came by and took our orders, made sure everything was right, food was good, and brought us refills of our drinks! The food was really hot! I got my chicken on the grill and my fries well done and everything was cooked perfectly! I will be back, had a great time!

Love Swiss Chalet. Come here every time I go back to Canada to visit my parents. Hwa was a good waitress, very nice and amiable, she chatted with my daughter too. Location is clean and contemporary. Very affordable for a family.

STILL HUNGRY-Ordered a family meal Oct 11 though the app. Got to store service was good , got home and the portion size was so small that we had to order something else from a different restaurant. ( chicken was tasty just too small) Customer service responded to my email , they apologized and said the store would reach out to me. It’s been two weeks still no calls no email. Update November 19 - still waiting.

The African lady with huge braided bun on her head and short Asian lady were extremely rude. I simply said I noticed that the bag of my order was Harvey’s. She replies it’s because it’s the same company which I never knew and proceeds to throw my order in trash can in front of me. After she said oops I didn’t know that and ran away to the back. I was confused what just happened. Then she came back out with my new order which I didn’t understand how she knew what it is was cause she didn’t take my order before. She said it’s chicken. At that point was lost. Because I never ordered chicken. All I got was fries and sauce. Then in the end she says it’s fries. I guess she was being sarcastic and passive aggressive. After all that I didn’t want to eat it anymore so I asked for a refund. The Asian lady was there instead and began arguing with me. I tried telling her I don’t want to argue and just want my money back. Especially after all the negativity I just don’t want the food anymore.

Offers decent comfort food, but the overall experience feels outdated. The decor and atmosphere are stuck in the past, giving off an old-school vibe that could use a refresh. The service is average, more like a diner than a restaurant, with staff that can be slow or inattentive. While the food is okay and the chicken is always a classic, the overall experience doesn’t quite match the prices. It’s a nostalgic spot for some, but it could really benefit from some modern updates.
