I went to this Swiss Chalet location with a group of 30 participants and staff from our adult day program and we had a fantastic time! Mary and Pamela were phenomenal - they were incredibly patient with our large group, willing to make adjustments for our different needs, and just so kind overall! This is our second year doing our Christmas lunch at this Swiss Chalet and we will be sure to be back. John was also very accommodating and understanding to book our large group at his restaurant. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We had such a lovely Christmas lunch celebration at this Swiss Chalet. We are a day program for adults with intellectual disabilities, and there was roughly 30 of us there today. The kindness, and inclusivity we felt during our time there couldn't have been better. We are so thankful for the staff, Pamela, and Mary. They couldn't have done a better job, and left everyone with big smiles. We hope to come here every Christmas for lunch. Thank you again Swiss Chalet! I recently dined at Swiss Chalet and had a wonderful experience overall. The food was delicious, especially their signature rotisserie chicken, which was tender and flavorful. The Chalet sauce added the perfect touch of savory goodness to the meal. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was prompt. The staff was friendly and attentive especially Baishali, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. That said, if you’re looking for a hearty, satisfying meal with great chicken, Swiss Chalet is definitely worth a visit!

Mary was quick and reliable with our order, and when I asked my food be heated up a bit more she made sure it came out steaming! She also was kind enough to bring me pumpkin pie for the inconvenience! Mary made this experience fantastic :)

We had a wonderful dining experience at Swiss Chalet (Yonge and Bernard), thanks to the exceptional service provided by our server, Mary. Mary's professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality truly stood out. She was warm, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure our meals were perfect. Mary's dedication to customer service and friendly demeanor made us feel valued throughout our visit.
